That drives me crazy. From the time I started taking piano lessons in the 3rd grade, I was always taught to be aware of the audience and to connect with them. Almost universally, for some reasons, melodeon players never smile.
Super !
It is a fast mazurka, the rythm is fast, but it must be danced slowly, without "high" impulsion And you are right for walz We can do a 5 times walz or a classic (3 times) but more slowly but with long (rounding) turn
As I get older I enjoy more things like this.
Absolutely awesome. My favorite version of my favorite tune......
Don't say that to Mr Shepherd ;-)
This tune never fails to give me intense déjà vu, and I haven't been able to put words to it. Outrageous beautiful tune.
Simply beautiful!
I like the way that he's away in a world of his own playing this while the crowd is dancing.
iin France, in Lyon city, you have a lot of this vibrations !! good musicians and good dancers

@@palrefIt's a button accordion according to Andy himself. He's quite definite that only the single row instrument is a 'melodeon'!
beaucoup de tendresse ! so much tenderness in this tune !
Thanks Andy
This is simply beautiful, and played with such feel.
Its as if the player and tune are in an embrace that neither wants to break. Wonderful
C'est magique ! Tellement précis et poétique à la fois.

Absolutely mesmerizing. Phenomenal performance of a stunning tune. Thanks for sharing!
So beautiful!
C’est magique de voir le monde danser sans les entendre, de n’entendre que l’accordéon. Super clip.
Et Andy Cutting toujours aussi inspirant
Magnifique..je rêverai de jouer comme lui !!
Thank you for making such a beautiful recording.
I Love this, he is just the most amazing musician.

I love it!!!! I hope to go one day to a BALAVIRIS festival. Andy Cutting is one of my favourite musicians :)
un vrai moment de bonheur. J'ai croisé Andy l'an dernier à Parthenay lors d'un concert avec Emmanuel Pariselle. Un maitre et un gentleman!

wow...just wow
Charmant!!
What key, system are you playing on that accordion????????? Thanks.
Can someone tell me what that outro song is?
La plus belle danse du monde. n'en déplaise aux bretons, la mazurka reste reine sur son parquet.
WOW
It's a mazurka but he seems to play it like a valse ? But I really love it anyway!

Courbet?
Thanks, Mr. Cutting! I think your playing is elevating melodeon standards everywhere! Any one know what key his melodeon is in this vid?
Usually G/C
It's C/F
@@benammiswift It's Andy: he could play it on anything!
Beautiful! And what is the tune playing while the credits were rolling?
Three Tunes played by Andy
What is the song at the end?
To everyone clinging to the edges of the Mediterranean...
For an Englishman, Andy composes some incredibly French-sounding music!😁
C'est par Dave Shepherd de Blowzabella.
@@peterpozman6972 ah ! merci bien !
Some viruses are so much better than others ;)
:clap:clap
Hmmm. Something a bit hairy about that tune...
Sort of sombre variant of flatworld perhaps ?
Courbet.
How long did ye no wash year hair fur.? That makes you afolkie,eh.
He doesn't look to healthy. Sounds like he is playing same thing over and over. I wonder if he is aware.
Don't feed the trolls
