Quiche with the lot | re run | quiche recipe | Aussie girl can cook

this is my favorite quiche. easy to make. filling breakfast lunch or dinner. recipe written below.
pre heat oven 190 degrees C
square cake tin
2 sheets frozen puff pastry thawed
cut one sheet into 4 strips
11 eggs dash milk dash cream salt and pepper
filling
ham, cheese, capsicum, tomato and spring onion all chopped
3 slices tomato to garnish
rub egg around edges pastry
bake for 40 mins
freezes well can cook straight from frozen on 180 degrees C

I am glen these are all re runs. I put them up in one night so I can be out the back every time its not pissing down. gonna take me a whole week just on 3 cnr jacks and a tonne of cow thripe or however its spelt. then ive gotta get into the garden beds and then all the weeds. so much work out there. If i cant cook i will always do something positive until i can. onwards and upwards is the motto this year. pissing down atm so sitting down with a cuppa. have a great day xo 😊💜🍻
