Maine apna case submit karvaya hua hai. And Original NICOP cancellation ki application bhi submit karvachuka hun. Iswaqt meray pass sirf Passport hai. Kiya main during Process Pakistan travel karsakta hun??

1) Form X: I ......... of ..........
Kindly explain about form x that after I ( Name) what should write address or father name. Also form x should be filled by hand writing or only computer text is acceptable.
2) If someone child is born as another country national and not registered with consulate of Pakistan so need to write their name or not.
