Mr. Justin Furstenfeld, such an overlooked singer and songwriter. One of the finest I've heard this century.
Blue October is a band that deserves more love than they get. They are highly underrated. When you meet another Blue fan you know they have journeyed a dark path. It doesn't have to be drugs or alcohol. It can just be a hard life. We know, we love and we support each other. We are more than fans we are Blue Family.
Justin's songwriting has saved the lives of SO many people!(LITERALLY) Try "The Feel Again"(STAY)
That feeling you feel.... That's you seeing/hearing his vulnerability and genuine self. Such an amazing song and also band as a whole. These guys are so underrated and truly great.

Loved the reaction. You get it. I would suggest another few to check out by Them. Hate Me, Light You Up and The Worry List. The worry list was written when he was going thru a divorce and custody battle for his first daughter. I would suggest Live Versions of all these songs. They are great in studio but 1000 times better live. Great Reaction

I've seen these guys 6 times live. The transformation of Justin and the band as a whole has been incredible. Their early music was very dark, as Justin was in the thick of his addictions. Now, their music is so uplifting and powerful. Their live performances are unparalleled. I strongly encourage you to check out more of their catalog!

Hearing this song live last year was one of the first times I have ever cried at a concert. And I felt embarrassed, until I looked around and I saw others around me also in tears. This is a powerful song and helped me to identify what it was in my life that was holding me back. I didn’t realize that my real enemy in life was fear and that’s all that little voice in my head was. Just a simple line like “Get back up” can bring me to tears everytime because sometimes it’s all I need to hear

Just found your channel while looking for some new Blue October live. They are one of my favorite bands and have been following them since 2009. They are freaking amazing live and currently touring with the Goo Goo Dolls. They have so much history behind the band and amazing talented band members. Check them out for sure! I have all of their music, listen to them daily! He writes from his heart.
They have a ton of new stuff. Look up their live concerts on UA-cam. Once you see them live, you're hooked.

Ok backstory time. Justin furstenfeld is the lead singer of blue october. He writes all the songs. This man has struggled with drugs, depression, severe bipolar disorder, and a vicious divorce. He has been through the fucking shit. He's sober now and taking great care of his mental health and raising a family but his discography shows this journey from extremely sick to healthy and its amazing.
He GOT. BACK. UP!!!
