Mam cricothyroidtomy was there
Dear students, have gone through the questions again after receiving the feedback in comments and personal window . So here are some corrections.
1) xray image was not there but the anatomical image of skull with xray beam coming from posterior and plate kept anterior and chin was up at angle of 37 degree . This is suggesting waters view .
I hope now u guys agree with me .
2) 10 year boy with maxillofacial trauma in resp distress . Cricothyrotomy will be the answer ( needle cricothyrotomy can be done in younger children)
I hope this is clarified .
Regarding laryngomalacia question was what is true regarding laryngomalacia

mam... in that adenoid question nothing they gave much only an image of adenoid in cut section colour picture (not ct, not xray and all)
and asked what is the problem
nasopharyngeal carcinoma there also mentioned about lymph nodes of neck
in laryngomalacia other options where
improves in supine position not prone
for defect of 1st and 2nd arch they gave one option as 1st and 2nd pouch to confuse us and no mention of any ectoderm or mesoderm
