b.dissection around organ of zukarcandle
c.dissection of strap muscles
d.l8gation around superior pole
@@hemantsoni408 The answer should be dissection aroumd strap muscle as the nerve u would encounter is the ansa cervicalis which supply the infra hyoid muscle. Beahrs triangle and tubercle of zukerkandle are related to RLn and superior pole related to RLN . So possibility of HOV can be there in the rest options .
Correction - Superior pole is related to SLN
