Greece is a magical place, and there are so many variations of lentils around the entire country. You'll go to northern Greece and have lentils, and go to some random island and it would be totally different.
I'm American with a Greek background and I love to cook! Who would'a thought?! :)
You don't need any fancy equipment for this. Just grab your medium size pot with a fitting lid and your good to go.
Ingredients:
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced onion
1 cup lentil
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon tomato bouillon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
