Hi. I've been stressed out and depressed because of financial struggles since the pandemic started. My working hours have been cut down to 12 hrs a week. Besides my elderly mother was diagnosed with cancer a couple of months after the pandemic started. She had 2 surgeries and chemotherapy... I've been staying with her and taking care of her for almost two years. Thank God I work from home (online), but I've been so exhausted and had no peace in my heart... Sorry, I'm sharing this with all of you. I'm working and listening to this music that cleansing my soul... and crying... Thank you.

Some people deal with anxiety by sitting around and worrying even more, or smoking, or drinking. The best dog I have ever had the privilege of sharing my life with died last night and I’m not doing well at all. The only thing I accomplished today was taking a shower and putting my hair in a wet ponytail. Unfortunately this music isn’t helping me much and it’s one of my favorites…I think I’m going to try and find something else because this music usually cheers me up but not today. When my dog died a big piece of my heart and soul died along with him. I don’t know if I will ever recover and feel myself again
