I thought it was just me who gets annoyed re the secret compartment leather flap being in the way when it folds on that same side you pointed out. Major let down. At this price point, they should have improved it already. Overall, materials, craftsmanship, quality, and design (leather flap notwithstanding) are all great. Mine’s navy on the outside and tan inside.
Handles business cards really well, has several different options for holding business cards on the day to day plus has proven well holding several different business cars either in the same pocket as the bills or in one of the larger inner pockets made for them. I both hold my own business cards as well as receive business cards regularly, with this wallet I can easily hold 5 or so of my own business cards to share as well as hold 5-8 or so of others business cards temporarily before I put them I. A file at work.
@@alexmaxwell5704 I found that this wallet did not handle business cards well, where did you find that they were able to store? I couldn’t find any place that they would fit without vending them. At least not in their card slots in the front or back. Where did you put your business cards in this wallet?
I would agree but I do not think this is a bad thing. They “deform” easily to fit around what you put in them. So, although it may look ugly, they form to what you use to try to be as minimalist as possible while still offering a traditional wallet feel.
@@alexmaxwell5704 i went with a Wingback Winston wallet instead in the end, i like the simplicity and craftsmanship in it. Just think it might age far better than the thinner belroy. I do like the belroy design however, it was a tough choice.

My mom got me this wallet years ago, I work in construction/demolition and have a power washing side business. It has lasted many days out in the Texas sun, and rain. It gets soaked in sweat almost everyday, I stuff every card holder with at-least 2-3 cards and keep my business cards in the secret compartment. It has also been covered in sweat and concrete dust a few times. It looks somewhat rough but its still brown, and none of the pockets has broken.

I like these wallets but due to the thin leather belroy use they tend to look scruffy and deformed really quickly.
