the way youre feeling is exactly how ive been feeling for what seems like forever. it felt like my life has taken a downward spiral after my boyfriend of five years broke up with me and its taken me a very long time to realize that even though that happened, im still alive. i still get to breathe in and out every day so hearing your "pulling yourself out of your own head" kinds of videos have really been helping me out. im hoping youre doing well.
