Review | Zvezda Dingo Armoured Car 1/100 (15mm) | Flames of War

- British units relied on reconnaissance vehicles like the tiny Daimler Dingo to be their eyes and ears. This is an unusual subject, but this Zvezda kit builds up into a nice example of this armoured scout car. Recce units have special abilities in Flames of War and the video briefly mentions these as well as some of the armament options available.

Love your videos Mr. "Fog" keep em coming.
+Mikael Pettersson Thanks for that. I'll try and keep 'em coming.
Nice review. The lack of hatches for a nice spotter figure are a deal breaker for me here.
Yes. I can see that might make the difference for some people. The open-topped BF resin vehicles are nice. However with the snap-together format I can see why Zvezda did it this way. I have a couple of these for my British recce and they are OK, but open tops would be nice.
The italians were that impressed by this little vehicle that they build the Dingo themself calling it "Lince" (Lynx)
I didn't know that. Thanks!
Nice to see a plastic model on this little recce vehicle. Thanks for the review!
No problem. Glad you enjoyed it.
Dingos are cool. I wouldn't mind a platoon of these.
Did you see the recent Tank Chats video David Fletcher does about the dingo?
I'll link it if you haven't or so anyone that happens along can see it.

Thanks. I'll check that Tank Chat out.
I liked this kit, but its been sitting on the shelf for a while now and to be homest, I think id rather just get the battlefront one
Nice little kit. Shame they dont give you a couple in that box.
It is pretty tiny. I'm guessing Art of Tactic doesn't need multiples, so it didn't occur to them to have more than one. Given I think the BF blister has 3 vehicles this might make them similar prices. I guess it comes down to resin or plastic for preference.
Cheaper than Battlefront, thats for sure
I paid about AUD$6 for this vehicle. The BF blister BR310 comes with three resin vehicles. This must make them similar prices on a per-vehicle basis.
