For those who have been asking, we do not currently have a successor to the Erbe-Verb in development. Thank you for your interest and we hope all the Erbe-Verbs in the world continue to be played in their happy homes!
What's the reasoning behind ending the production? If you aren't planning a replacement, ending production will only raise prices for those who don't have one.
I’m so glad I got the Make Noise Black and Gold this past year. While I’m certainly looking forward to the future, these gems are classics for a reason.
I never did find a sweet spot on my Erbe Verb and sold it on. Still looking for the ideal ‘verb (the closest I’ve found is a Disting algo) and I’ll definitely be up for whatever MN have in mind.
I have a problem with mine on the decay knob (half of the time, it does not work, decay and reverb stop). I don't know if I should try to find a store that can fix it or buy a new one and try to sell the "broken" one to someone willing to try to repair it ?
Surprised there isn’t a successor in development, but I’m sure MN will come up with something. Modular is taking on some vast evolutions lately and it won’t be stopping. Some things will just have to be left behind.
@@modularinspiration You are right, it's 10 years old and the Shared used to be mono. But I never felt this to be a problem with ModDemix or Optomix sun out and making a send/return of a stereo source. In fact, it sounds better this way than with a stereo reverb, especially when using the feedback out on the Echophon so the reverb gets an extra sense of distance.
If I were Make Noise, I would wait to release the new Erbeverb, THEN announce Erbeverb is retiring. That way people don't buy up Erbeverbs out of FOMO. Seems shady to me.
As a huge fan and collector of Makenoise, owning almost every module plus around 6 Maths and 2 QMMGs, I never really liked the sound of the Erbe-Verb. It was so ‘blechern’ we say in German.. tinny I guess is the right word for it. I sold mine after the Mimeophon came out, cause that one know reverb convinced me instantly. I’m really curious about e new reverb from you guys. 🩵

VERBE-PHON! Maybe not right now, but I’m sure you guys will have a stereo successor within the next couple years. 😉🔥🔥🔥
erm... I *really* hope a stereo successor will find its way into your hearts!
@@ScottofOakland Maybe they plan to retire altogether since they are discontinuing their most popular modules.

I like my erbeverb very much, but where do i find a black & gold panel for it??
Something tells me something big is about to drop.

Your answer is 20 hours older than the video?! 🚀 be careful while experimenting with light speed 😉

Auch, this hurts. You were supposed to run it through a reverb like the Disting :).
You can't find a sweet spot when the whole thing is made of nectar
@@CinematicLaboratory I did. It didn’t help.
Is the Noise Engineerings Desmodus Versio not doing it for you? It's awesome!, but tiny knobs.
I love my Erbe-Verb even if it is not Black & Gold.
Same here!

Send an email to technical at makenoisemusic dot com, we can fix that for you ⚡️
wonderful module, planning to get it this year
Hope you enjoy it!
all time favorite module, so wild
Glad you enjoy it!!
I had 3 at one point, and did a show with only those and some mixing. But 2 seems sufficient to take to the grave
that sounds like a lot of fun. For me, Erbeverb and Echophon are still the best two modules Make Noise have ever made
We need more vactrolman videos 🫡
You've come to the right place
Meng, it’s my best Reverb module.
when is the new reverb module coming make noise!!!!!!!

I definitely appreciated that strong (retired) Mysteron presence in this (retired) Erbe Verb video.
My favorite reverb will live on in my ❤

Erbe, you’re the first, my last, my everything
And you are the answer to my verb dreams ❤

I adore the animations you guys been doing the last little while
When some shirts coming out with those boxy looking modules
I’d buy one post haste
which boxy looking modules are we talking about here?
How the Erbe Verb looks .. like legos almost

Thank you, Erbe-Verb!!
Great „Instrument!“ for Soundscapes, I have one in black! 🖤
Don't have an Erbe-Verb, but I will let my Desmodus join the chorus and wail in sympathy.
Happy patching!!
This felt pretty Lynch like, loved it!! I'm about to buy an Erbe-Verb at the moment, not sure if I should wait for whats to come 🤔
That would be a choice you'd never regret.
Only one mono input into this Verb and everything is going stere….. in the Makenoise world

Would love to hear what you do with an Erbe-Verb!!
oh well... maybe we need a stereo reverb...
You really do know how to make Lynchiesque videos. So coooool!
I don’t suppose you would consider making this classic available as a plugin? 🙏🥰

Can we purchase this I ❤️ vactrols tshirt?
That shirt is from 2012 so it will probably be hard to track one down!!
Always look on the Erbe-Verb side of life.

f***! Now I want an Erbe-Verb!
We think it's a good one :)
Cool!
Thanks!
I wanted one.
Still shipping them out this week!
Please re-imagine the telharmonic! A new version that doesn’t do that annoying glide when sequencing it.
or just firmware to "fix" that.
Also a less finicky pitch knob!
@@thetwlodon’t think there will be a firmware update for a long retired product 😂
@@AJ197-le6zy yeah, maybe if it was simple, but I don't think it's user updatable ...so no chance.
The hunt for the crystal oscillator
this is a pity, price will skyrocket. bad day for the modular world
Vactrolman is back!!!!
Eugene F, I hear you. I listened. Coming soon to my channel. DXG vs LXD. Bring back the vactrol!
Can't wait!!
