    KILAWING BANGUS
    INGREDIENTS:
    BONELESS BANGUS (cleaned and scales removed) cut into bite sized
    BRINE SOLUTION: salt and water
    ginger
    red and white onions
    siling labuyo
    calamansi
    cucumber
    regular vinegar
    sukang pinakurat
    salt and pepper to taste

      @@MMD-64 yes po, ginagawa ko rin yan minsan..and minsan binubuhusan ko din ng mainit na tubig then dinedrain then babad sa suka then drain ulit 😁

    Lahat pala ng fish pwede ikilaw???? Lods daan k samen para dikitdikit tyo lht. At kung cno makabasa nito. Daan lng, iwan bakas at babalikan tamsak.

      Binubuhusan po ng mainit na tubig kaya po medyo parang luto siya..pwede naman po yun 🙂 and yes po mas masarap kapag maraming sibuyas..hehehe

      Hi! Hindi po..room temperature water lang po kapag yung brine or salted water..pero kung gusto niyo po medyo maluto siya ng konti, buhusan niyo po ng mainit na tubig pagkatapos niyo hiwahiwain..buhos lang po ha, huwag babad 🫰😊💞

      Room temperature lang po..not warm.. ☺️ sorry po yung tubig sa takure ang ginamit ko diyan..namisunderstood niyo tuloy na hot water 😁

      Pwede po siya tumagal ng isang linggo basta po nakalagay sa ref..kapag naman po hindi nakalagay sa ref, mas mabuting iconsume siya agad

      KILAWING BANGUS
      INGREDIENTS:
      BONELESS BANGUS, 2 medium size (cleaned and scales removed) cut into bite sized
      ~BRINE SOLUTION~
      salt, 1/2 cup
      water, 2-3 cups
      ginger, 1 thumb size, minced
      red onion, 1 medium size
      white onion, 1 medium size
      siling labuyo, (depends on your preference)
      calamansi, 4 pcs
      cucumber, 1pc, seeds removed
      salt, 1 teaspoon
      ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon
      regular vinegar, 2 tablespoons
      sukang pinakurat, 2 tablespoons
      *adjust taste according to your preference
