Thank God for this tutorial!!! I'm not a tech person and I've recently got promoted to a different position then I thought I was getting promoted to. I just had an excellent over-the-phone experience with this company. I was having problems with the Acrobat program installing ... it refused to do it, and I have no idea what the problem was. But Adobe responded to my email, and a great techie spent over an hour remotely accessing my computer (it took awhile to get rolling) and he fixed the problem. How many other companies would do this ? Not many.
