When I first went vegan I thought "Oh no I'll never have pudding again" I love pudding. But there is so much you can do with soy. this looks so silky and yummie, Thanks for the post.

I've made a version of this. It was nasty. I like tofu and cook with it all the time, but there's a reason you don't eat it raw.
