Negan has definitely become my favorite character on the show(It's been nearly 3 years since he killed Glenn and Abraham, im over it.) JDM's performance as Negan has only made me like him so much more

Negan's philosophy has legs, but he does it in a violent and oppressing way, which is it's downfall. If you take his ego out of it, I believe he doesn't want to kill others, but does when he has to in order to "save" the rest. He's about the bigger picture, not the individual. But I think now in Season 9 he has no saviours left and he isn't on top anymore, yet he will try and save people in a better way and a more individual way, becoming an ally.

Everyone else is the same, just different beginnings. Negan still has the personality of Glenn from season 1 and a bit of the intimidation of The Governor. Negan is the best character.
For me Negan is and will remain a good guy. It's like with Shane, everyone says "They are naughty and perfect asshole" yes, but assholes who are actually good guys and who want above all assured the survival of the people they love.
