No, such charts are printed for sea level usually.. For higher altitudes one has to use math equations.

the solving of m4 is wrong... The expretion would be m3-m1(w2-w1)
m3-m4=ma(w2-w1) therefore
m4=m3-ma(w2-w1)
m3-ma(w2-w1) is equivalent to m3+ma(w1-w2)
