I just did this on my 20-year-old home, it sold in 2 days; 24 scheduled viewings, 7 offers. Make no mistake, if you are doing this yourself it's a lot of work but so worth it.
Hey Barbara! Apologies for dropping this here I came across your UA-cam channel and I would love to know you better. I'm guessing you must be an honest person, because I always found your comments to be so nice and respectful. If it's okay with you, I'd love to be friend but if it sounds odd or embarrassing in any way please don't embarrass me by replying. Have a wonderful day, and keep sharing!
The answer is VIRTUAL staging!! No furniture, no lifting..no moving anything.
My last home that sold the buyer wanted my curtains. 😂
Wow I’m doing this right now! This is 100% right on

it may take up to two years to get properties back to realistic prepandemic prices. I hope rents follow because people can longer afford to rent the smallest of spaces on their own working a full time job.
I've been hearing for years, the best way to stage/sell a home is to have nothing in it at all. Let the potential owners envision there own things in the wide open spaces.
I personality always find that so cold feeling. I want to hire this stager just to give me ideas. Can you imagine seeing your long-time home staged and wishing you had seen your home differently but had been so STUCK in the way you'd always seen it?
Not true. Many studies as well as selling results show that people have no imagination. You have to show them how the space is used. People do not visualize. Staged homes sell much quicker and for more. That’s fact.
Vacant homes do not show well.
The home prices skyrocket that way not easy to buy them. Lower the price then you will see it sells like a hot candy!
Why would you spend money / buy new furniture to stage your home if you have a little outdated furniture? This video shows them restaging and using new / different furniture, that’s ridiculous I’m sorry. Just open windows and clean up the space.
To sell it faster for more value. You invest a little and get a lot back
Most people rent furniture.
126k above asking is absolutely insane
Getting ready for a huge collapse in real estate
Depends on the ask. It might only be 10%.
@@annsmith7207 it’s not gonna happen. Demand is outpacing inventory. When you add in corporations who are buying up residential homes that creates an even tighter inventory.
Oh, are normal people still buying houses? It seems like it's all investors. And regarding paying over the asking price, those must be the cash buyers... not normal Americans. Of course, no normal American could afford the homes in this video, anyway.
Middle class : That's exactly how to push houses not affordable any more.......
Finally an Asian. Took long enough
