I use either packing tape or clear shelf liner when making book marks. I do, however leave a bit of an edge on mine so they seal. Yes, it is a bit tricky, but I find it is worth the effort for the longevity of the book mark. Thinking it would work just as well with the paperclip idea. Love this tutorial, thanks for sharing. Lots of good ideas!
great video i made some after seeing your first paper clip video. I LOVE that clear dish.. I've watched hauls from that store daiso and i don't even have one where I live haha ..tfs
I am so thrilled finding your channel ! Earlier this year I spent almost $40 on felt-topped paper clips from an Etsy Store. Don't get me wrong they are very cute. But once I looked at them I thought, "I could of made this and saved me some money". I too have themed weeks and would love a paperclip book mark to go with the theme. Because of you (Love You BTW) I now have a laminator ($20 at walmart) and I am ready to go and make my beauties!
You can also use regular clear tape to laminate (the wide roll) we do it a lot with stickers to imbed into resin. It would give you a lot more pieces for less total cost
I make hair bows and for the images I would print on the card stock paper itself and this way you save a step also, you can use packing tape I use it all the time in my preschool class to " laminate" my kids matching games and label...
I am so happy your channel is growing so much. Well deserved!!! I love when I can hear the paper being cut (when you speed it up)....just love that sound. Am I weird or what? :)
Your projects are so cute and easy and I looooove saving money too. Here's a tip for you to help you out. You can print on card stock straight from your printer. That might help you save a step when making your cute designs.

I use heavy duty clear packing tape to laminate. Just lay down my image and fold the tape over it.. Voila!! Laminated!

yes I always do this :) it works well and also makes whatever you are covering more flexible than if you were using laminate pouches.
