It's looking great. And checking continuity between the coil and ignition switch is a good tip. I've heard a lot of ppl having issues solved by checking that.
I’m rebuilding a 71 ct70 and first just trying to get spark and went all the way from rebuilding stator and new coil to me just checking continuity on wire harness and seeing there is none

Hello my friends you guys are awesome builders I have a question please I have a October 1969 Honda CT70 I removed the old engine and I installed a high performance Big Bore 125CC Lifan engine with a 4-speed automatic I have already installed the engine and exhaust system I need to install the wiring and that key ignition switch and the coil I also bought a rectifier in case if I needs it okay do I need to remove the engine to install these parts would it be easier without the engine to install the wiring key ignition coil and wiring I'm not running signal lights just headlight and taillight and that's how the wiring came and I must remove the engine I will please let me know I will wait patiently for you answer thank you my friends for day happy holidays

Hello my friends at CT Haven well I followed your advice and remove the engine and the fuel tank I remove all the old 6 volt harness on my October 1969 Honda CT70 now this is where the fun begins LOL I installed the coil there's a little piece of metal that looks like the male plug I'm not sure where that goes also I did install my key ignition switch hooked it up to the new harness I hope I am correct know the rest of the harness I am stumpt I wonder if there's any possible way I can send you pictures or a short video???? So I will patiently wait for your reply when you have a minute or two so I could follow your instructions oh by the way before I forget I went ahead do the Ace Hardware Store and bought brand new fuel lines for the tank that go to the carburetor my motor is a big bore high performance 125cc Lifan engines with 84 speed automatic transmission Trail Buddy is supposed to send me a diagram but I won't be getting that till next Thursday the 10th of December 2020 I ordered a kickstand Center stand bracket for my CT70 and a t-shirt LOL okay my friend thank you much and I'll wait for your response have a good day bye for now
