For those of you who have thoroughly watched the video, thank you! There is more that I wanted to add to the video but as to not make it any longer I simply wrote it down in my description if you're down for a read. For those of you watching for the sake of how much I spent, what I do for a living, you can literally tap out at around the 8:30 mark as anything there after are my own feelings in regards to the game and my channel. Reasons as to why I haven't been so active and what happens next.
Oh yeah I get you, I see it as spending money for entertainment just as when I go to the movies. I get nothing tangible but its the experience you are paying for. I used to be really hooked on love Nikki then shinning nikki but its because I was in a very competitive guild and my scored mattered to me haha. Thank godness the excitement has worn off. tbh I have so many outfits I don't even use. Not to mention accessories, you probably can relate. You do you girl, Just play for fun, upload only if you want, this game is supposed to be a fun hobby. Don't feel pressured by people, people are not paying your bills. Relax and don't worry. Have fun.🎉
I love your videos but you're right, they haven't been appearing in my feed as much! I've also stepped back and added other hobbies, so being stretched thin is a huge deal
Congratulations on reaching out to V28. I’m very proud of you and the content that you do. I was able to reach to my goal which is Mercury’s Mermaid suit (awaken specifically) and boom the end lol. Currently got a lot going on and went into Genshin and Honkai Star Rail as my new go to. Being financial responsible has played a vital role. Thank you so much for the points that you show and I really appreciate on what you do.
Time is our most valuable commodity. Everything you said totally makes sense. I don't get on Insta very often, but it's nice to see you pop up every once in a while, either here or there. You still pop into my head even when I don't see a post, and I send up a prayer ❤
Appreciate you letting us know how you spend your money xcetera, but it really is your money and it's nobody's business how/what you spend it on. And shame on anybody trying to make that their own business. Thank you for your content
I spent a lot on this game too -though nowhere near as much as you- but I do regret it because I am now stuck in this game forever T^T Nikki has kidnapped me and my wallet lol
I will not calculate how much have I spent on games cause...I just enjoy gaming, I'm truly addicted to make my SN account richer and now with Life Makeover I'm doing it too. I just get my happiness on this games.
I've been angry with shining since now even the UR events are like 1 month apart and I can barely save gems for the stuff I want... I'm just like vip10 or 11, but I'm seriously considering stopping the VIP cards if the game keeps being so rushed with events. I was wondering what a heavy spender like you(even if now its slowed down lol) thought about the super fast event debuts schedule o3o
What a rollercoster of a video. I, on the other side of the world, half the age of most players (i guess lol, kids whaa??), and a bound f2p i really felt you. Despite the differences. The burnout i am so scared of has happened to you and i feel so upset about that. Nikki has offered me another universe, outside of my head and encouraged me on a deeper level. Spamming Reverie to simple farming, there is something so familiar and warm in the game and player base. I just decided to abandon ig, because i don't want to fall this rabbit hole _again_. i just feel this pressure of presenting certain things and constantly explaining myself. It's haunting me, it doesn't bring joy at all. So I stopped. I did the same on Reddit to the point i read all daily posts and always helped because... i guess i want others to feel this joy i feel. I'm a student i have no life to waste lmao(i'm really shy irl, but oh see me talking about Nikki) I just got out of there and focused on my joy because the flame for LN almost got blown away by that. You know, games are here and we play and invest time in them because they give us joy. They are selfish by creation, but there is nothing bad. It just took me a long time to realize with my people-pleasing habit and i guess that is also the reason i kept giving myself out literally everywhere. My mental well-being skyrocketed and all i did was to back down and observe the situation - my to-go-to method for all problems. If you don't feel like doing something, just don't. You are never obligated to explain yourself to others. I know it's hard to stand up to yourself, but the effort is worth it. Sometimes a simple break can do soooo much. Don't forget to be kind yourself, just like Nikki always reminds me(i listened to Make a wish while writing this i now can sing along lmaoooo(sorry for inconsistency)) I always noticed your activity pretty much everywhere thank you for that and take care 🖤💜🖤💜 (ty for readinggg)
I don't know why I didn't get notified for this but honestly thank you so much for commenting and sharing your same experience. I also saw your name and recognized you immediately! It's so hard to convey my true emotions because at the end of the day I have been blessed with the amount of support and love I've been shown, the friends I've made, the community I've built.. like I don't want to come off as if I'm ungrateful ever I just feel like I owe it to everyone to be as present as possible but yes, as you said sometimes I just gotta be kind to myself
Congrats on sticking to your limited spending now! I will say I am now more paranoid than ever that I’ll have a burnout soon considering I just got to vip 18 and would hate myself to lose interest in a mobile game so soon after I just spent a crap ton of money on😅 I am curious though, since you’re no longer whaling….will it bug you once your ranking in pretty much arena and memory stairway drops?
I have been spending money on SN for a while now. I'm VIP 12 on Shining Nikki (mainly spending cash on both monthly cards). Also have started playing Brawl Stars for the past two months and I am spending money on the season passes (which cost $10 per season pass) as well.
I also feel you on the 2 days off separated its so tough to get things done. One day turns into errands and appts, and one day for fun. There's never enough time in the world, so only do what you want to do now :)
