This is the type of conversation we as a people should be consuming, it’s true so many people questioning and want more information to be in control but we don’t have enough people who can simply take a task and devote themselves to executing it. Everybody has a role and playing that role well does so much more good for the overall people and we’ll create more skilled individuals that way too.

Love this conversation, so on point! Living and growing up in Toronto the dilemma for the Black culture is magnified. We are ten times behind and it makes it a challenge being a thought leader or visionary for the culture. Not to mention the lag in maturity from Black males here, being a female founder the intimidation and insecurities block partnerships and collaboration that would bring the culture forward.

There are true and living brothers living in Toronto fighting the same fight you fighting sis! On surface likeminded people who are talking are far and few.
In Toronto alot of us are first generation Canadians. Growing up, Caribbean culture was black culture in the 90s early 2000s. Now this generation all races emulate how we spoke back then now. Drake made it popular. We are behind as far building a sustainable community but thats because there wasnt any examples before that looked like us.

This is why i love conceptual art school. It forces you to use your mind and your problem solving skills, and to think on your own accord. Many people in my school hate the curriculum bc they didnt like to be pushed in that way. I think its a shame. They want to be handed specific assignments, they dont want to think ab concepts they just want art to be mindless. And honestly im not even mad ab them seeing art that way i just feel like it sucks in our society that nobody can think and even worse, people will resist it... Like they really do not want to.

Keys hit the nail on the head. I would adjust the thinking around trust as an essential factor, and evolve the conversation around it in our culture. White people knew they couldn't trust each other so they built systems and structures to do it for them like contracts and technology. We rely too heavily on the human mechanisms for trust and place an unrealistic expectation on each other. That's why I love Blockchain--I can pray that my brother is doing business on the up and up OR we could just do business on the Blockchain where we can both visually verify transactions for ourselves.

I love these conversations you guys are having. Real gems and and seeds of thought, however one thing I've noticed especially in America is the narrative of "black" people coming from Africa. This is part of how they keep us down, and rightsless. We weren't all taken from Africa, it may have been an important hub or and historically very important but we occupied all over the world before Europeans, Caucasians and others came about. Its very important that correct narrative is told.

I would love to hear research on children like myself and Keys who solved Math problems the non traditional way. I remember having the exact same experience where the teacher punished mi and marked my method wrong even though my answer was correct. I developed a hatred for abstract arithmetic because of that. I just could not understand the way they insisted on teaching it. So true that this system is designed to crush free thinkers.👁

Key, You right about excuses. I was a Scoutmaster for my church for 6 years. No man would take the job. The pastor informed me that the church had no money to give toward scouts. That did not stop me. I borrowed a van from the YMCA, made my boys sack lunch, made my own administrative forms. Trained and took my troop into regional competitions - always the ONLY Black troop -- No excuses. Man we had mad fun for six years. I had a boy who made it to Eagle scout in that time. And I am a female.

@19keys I love you man. I love your deep knowledge and wisdom, and I profoundly respect you as well. Your videos are the main thing I have watched now for a few months since I found out about you. In this particular interview, you got me a little irritated for the first 11 minutes because I felt like you were not giving your guest a chance to speak and share their wisdom as well. At minute 27, it felt like what he was telling you was deeper than talking about the culture. I felt like he was talking about the energy of what was happening right there in that room between you and him- you not trusting him and his wisdom (because you kept taking over the conversation and interrupting him/them) although you both have a common goal. Peace be with you and I know this video is a year old so what I'm saying, I'm saying it with a grain of salt because I have seen your more recent videos where you have acknowledged this same point I'm making and even started saying "not to cut your wisdom" and pausing more, so I want to acknowledge that as well. Thank you for ALL you do, and may you continue to grow in your reach and powerful purpose 💚

Cultures aren't created, they evolve organically. This is how the first people on the planet became Asian, European etc. The differences between all of those groups is time in experiences. Anything created by man resulting in a specific outcome is considered forced and MANufactured. I appreciate the energy and drive of wanting to get to the new state of being but important keys or steps of the natural progression and order of things can't be skipped over. Its a process.

Shalom gods of The Most High God and many blessings to you and your beautiful families.
As I listened to you all speak about the conditions of the culture, I have to ask you all as men of substance and as men of character, why are you trying to build on a structure that is not able to sustain what you all walk in and carry? Culture and its anatomy cannot support you all's vision. What you all are actively building is set up to uphold the structure of sovereignty, and principalities, and the birthrights of persons who are built different in their expressions of design, purpose, and destiny. So reconstructing or building a new culture is not the answer. What you all are building goes beyond culture. As one of the young men stated, culture is loosely termed through the systems of the world and the one thing I know you all are not built to do is follow the world and its trends. Culture is lived and expressed from the realm of the flesh and the soul. We are built to give expression to legacy and inheritance from the realm of our spirits. And culture itself cannot bear the weight of a spirit man that is build to express life beyond this realm of existence.
And I also understand why you all see the world of hip hop as an effective tool and instrument for influence. There are many beautiful souls within that world who have not been valued the way that they should be and they have not been strategically taught on the true power and construct of their ability to build a well founded heritage in the earth, especially from a spiritual perspective and a kingdom perspective.
Music itself has the power to compose the life of a soul into a beautiful written epistle. Music is a teaching instrument that is designed to house the wisdom that comes from the realms of heaven. Music is built to carry the breath of God, which is that same breath that is able to redeem, restore, and heal. Music in its original framework give language to the attractiveness of living life from a build that is free from patterns and systems that are orchestrated to keep people bound to things that discourage, afflict, and prey upon a person's right to live an enriched life that is whole and full of God's love and His peace. Music itself carries wealth. This wealth many artists have not been able to tap into because they have been kept in the dark about the true build of their craftsmanship in influence and power in this gift. They have been conditioned to be more consumed with external wealth and gain, than increasing in substance in a beautiful way internally. This beautiful gift is built to free people, including the artists themselves.
Just like music, wealth itself carries the language of prophecy. Wealth is a matrix, a womb for enrichment, development and growth. This means that wealth does more than just teach people about building financial stability and building legacy from an economic standpoint, which you all already know. There is never anything wrong with building a financially secure life, but it is a problem when the spiritual construct of building wealth is neglected. It is the spiritual construct that helps to bring balance to the inner man. When the inner man is built correctly, then the wealth that is being built is not handled or perceived from a posture that is destructive, toxic, or perverted.

I wish you could do more research on PEMDAS, because it gives a different answer from the way math was traditionally taught. I made it a point to teach my children to do math both ways. I would love to hear your input on which way is right.

Good discussion. Brother dropping jewels. I’m working with Artist in Africa. Heading to Ethiopia in 2 weeks. Much of our work this year will be in Tanzania and Kenya. We are looking forward to continuing to expand in Africa. China can’t be the only group controlling everything.

@ the 27:48 spot. This is why God told us to be like the ant. All spring and summer fall it's gathering for the winter. It has no leader or commander yet they all work in unison for the colony. That's a mindset God been told us to develop. I think the issue is with why we don't move like that as a colony is because people don't believe how seetp of a fall we are on the brink of. I think once people begin to believe that they will adjust.
