Getting closer to the first ride now. Did you know Craig Jones with The Doghouse channel. He usually builds Royal Enfield customs, but he jus got himself an America that he is going to modify for himself. You should check him out if you haven’t already, he does great work
Hey Ian , great fabrication as per usual buddy.. on the headlamp when you put in 2 more grub screws , maybe pit a tiny drilled indentation into the light at the four points just to give it a bite ? Peace and love brother 👍🏻☮❤
This is the first time I've noticed what you have written on your vice!! Ha ha ha...brilliant! Good work again, the plate looks good. As far as the bars are concerned...you crack me up...you will swap the bars again...then change your mind...change them back...
What an excellent find. I’ve got a very similar headlight and have been wondering how to mount it. However I cannot find that rim on Fleabay anywhere.!!! The build is really coming along. It looks brilliant. Can’t wait for it to all come together 👍🏻👍🏻
Nice number plate bracket, I see you use 'tough black' paint on the aluminium, what prep do you go through to get it to stay a nice finish?, aluminium is difficult in my experience to get paint to stick long term. Cheers
Hi - I tend to just scuff up the surface with scotchbrite, clean with acetone and then paint. The tough black seems to hang on in there quite well! I've not had any problems with it on the aluminium.

Cheers matey! Yep I agree..I think something along those lines will belt and braces it!!
Great work as always. Low and wide bars are always my favourites. Probably from riding dirt bikes.
Cheers mate I've always like low bars....just feeling something different this time...but may change!!
@@johnnycactus0 Nowt wrong with that. I've enjoyed following your evolving bikes. Cheers.

Will the brake hose bolt miss the number plate when the rear suspension compresses?.
hey hey buddy! yep- all seems good with my scrawny backside jumping up and down on it!!!! there's a fair bit of space around them both.
Greatly relieved cause it looks ace. Hope "greatly" is'nt one of those words Trump made up.
