Always had Quarterhorses, still breed and work with them today. Truly American, truly beautiful.

Thank you for the video! I definitely dont agree about quarter horses being like an suv, they're more like a muscle car to me! What suv could beat a racecar in the quarter mile? Definite athletes. I really appreciate the history lesson though!

Great program, but invest into a much better microphone..and turn it up..let the viewer adjust the volume on what ever there listening on

A great history, but with one major transportation mistatement. The vehicle most like a quarterhorse is NOT an SUV, it is what we Americans call a "pony car," or a "muscle car." Like quarterhorses, the value of a pony car, such as a "Mustang," is that they can run a fast quarter mile. Please think about this. American muscle cars (ponycars like Mustang, Camaro, Barracuda, Challenger, etc) are just like quarterhorses because they are affordable, reliable, faster than they need to be, and beautiful. SUV's are nothing more than your grandma's station wagon, except uglier. SUVs are nerd cars, the modern equivalent of swaybacked nag or a glue factory special, okay?

An SUV would be a cob, a light draft or heavy coach type. They have their place.

I could tell you a lot, but I don’t have it in a video yet! My good friend @jryanchastain created this great video on Joe Hancock: ua-cam.com/video/UAKDJeagsJI/v-deo.html

Didn’t an Englishman living in Texas have a strong contribution to the creation of modern quarter horse

This story is way off from reality. But if it makes you feel good I guess.
