Illinois Route 22 - West (Half Day Road)

The entire stretch of Illinois Route 22 from US Route 41 in Highland Park to US Route 14 in Fox River Grove.
Illinois Route 22 is an east-west state highway in northeastern Illinois that most serves southern Lake County going into McHenry County.
Throughout it mostly shifts from two and four lanes. It is also called Half Day Road.
The length in either direction is about 20 miles.

The greenery up north is always impressive, it makes even areas that are relatively industrialized look relatively rustic and country-like.
