I like the quality of the Sony because is doesn't have a lot of oversharpen as much as Canon. Your face looks better on Sony. I am big fan of Canon colors, but also the focusing wasn't as confident as Sony. Yes the microphone seems to be the knock down the popular Rode video mic Pro+.On that one I really like the feature that it switch on and off when I switch on and off the camera. Thanks for sharing. Seems a great mic!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m trying to decide which one of these cameras to film the videos with. I like both but the Canon’s autofocus does hunt sometimes with the native RF lenses - that 16mm f2.8 does it a lot. The focus is definitely more reliable with the Sony.
Hey Andrew - The Rode Videomic Go II definitely has great audio, but it also lacks a lot of the features that the Joby Wavo Plus has. For example, the Rode doesn't have a high-pass filter or a safety track. If you can get by without those, then the Rode should be a great choice. By the way, I didn't know you had a UA-cam channel - I just subscribed!

What camera u use to shoot this video? the color is very good
I’ve been considering a Rode Videomic Go II for my Sony ZV-E10. Do you think that this or the Rode would be the better choice for run and gun stuff?
