Definitely frustrating! 😤 It's tough when construction drags on for so long. Do you think it’s just a matter of bad planning, or is the growth of DFW just outpacing the ability to improve the roads?
Actually some expert claimed that by 2025 Dallas would have the WORST TRAFFIC in the NATION. ! -- actually WORSE than L.A. ! I found that out 2 years ago and believe me -- what a nightmare going from Lewisville to the other side of the city headed South past Bishop Arts area ... it took me forever .
To answer your question I believe the problem is that even though they did expand and improve I-35 the problem is they could not have foreseen so many people flooding this area and impacting the traffic . Beverly did not do a good job on the exits which should have been more lanes ... and personally in some sections they simply should have built the ... I can't even think of what they're called ... when you have a bunch of overpasses and highways elevated ... they most certainly should have built more of those and did not . So now if they were to try to do that forget it forget it my God I remember how snagged the traffic was for years when they were improving I-35 starting about 13 ... maybe 12 years ago . So ... lack of PROPERLY planning ... LACK of FORESIGHT .
Quick question. I thought Governor Abbott passed & signed a property tax law that would cut property taxes in half. Can you explain how that would apply to property taxes. Thanks
Thanks for your question! Governor Abbott did sign a property tax cut law, but the specifics can vary depending on the property and the new laws that were put in place. It’s always a good idea to check with local tax authorities for the most accurate info. How do you feel about the changes to property taxes in your area?
That's a good point! 🖥️ Austin definitely seems to be a tech hub these days. Do you think DFW will ever catch up in terms of high-paying IT jobs, or is Austin the clear leader for now?
Been here for 13 years! I’ve never seen hail that size! With that said, it does happen, it’s just never happened to me! This type of hail happens all over the south though! I grew up in NC and lived in Ga for over a decade. Dallas does have an increase in tornadoes though.
This channel always provides great value. Keep it up

DFW area is not good for tech jobs. Austin has more high paying IT jobs.
