@@JULIOHERNANDEZ-cy7sq Yeah. It's pretty fun. I practiced on the lawn and was concerned when I barely got a mile on the battery, lol. Riding on concrete it's as it should be with the battery life and I am getting much better. It took some time to figure out the best foot positioning.
Yesterday I had ordered the Nug Lo foot pad and I have a size 12 foot and the back was too narrow and hard and causing my foot to cramp up really early in my ride.
Anyway, glad I got the board and glad I haven't fallen on pavement. Once I get good I'll get out of these suburbs and go adventure in the city downtown. Will be more fun that way, I think.
Definitely get a helmet and some wrist guards. I've enjoyed my Pint so much I bought a used V1. Learning to ride the Pint first made riding the V1 with the wider wheel a breeze. Great video. Spot on about loosening your ankles and letting the board do its thing. As long as you don't fight the board, it will practically turn on a dime.

Nice job on the video, good review and tips. I have only had my pint a few weeks, but for winter riding, insulated and waterproof high tops are my most valuable OW accessory.

Dude, you’re right about the high top shoes.. the tire left it’s mark on my ankle like day 2 lol. So picked up a fender... problem solved. But yea, great video man! Enjoy the pint!

The fender is an absolute must! It protects your ankles and pants from the wheel as well as blocking debris and water from coming up. This guy should have gotten the package deal like I did. Came with the fender cover, new bumpers and rail guards.

How much was it during that Black Friday sale?
It was like $100 off each of them. Over a year later and we still are loving them. They are definitely made to accessorize! Replacing the rear foot pad with a rubber concave (Kush Nug High is the name of it) definitely alleviated a ton of foot fatigue you would feel after several miles. And the ultra charger cut down the 2 hour charge time to about 40 minutes. Also, replacing the stock plastic handle with an aluminum one is good too. Craft and Ride is a good website to look for great accessories!

Bro, totally agree with you on all aspects of the review, esp on the cons where the app connection sucks. Since I got my pint, all I want to do is ride. My OW+ suspects I'm cheating.

Did you get the speed wobble? How did you deal with it? My third day and I'm still getting it.
I found speed wobble was because the road wasn't great but I found if you locked your legs (I know sounds weird) it helped make it go away

Switch your foot stances around. I found that my front foot being back towards the wheel more gets rid of wobble and gives me tons more floaty carvy control!
Just to have some fun, at 04:17 in the video, you say, "Day 3 on the Onewheel..." while you only have 2 fingers up. LOL It's all good. So, have you ridden the XR as well? If so, any thoughts? Any regrets with selecting the PINT as your initial OW board? Have you acquired any accessories for your Pint yet? If so, please share if you don't mind. Thanks!
Haha ya.. no I have not tried a XR... YET! Hah and no regrets with getting thr pint over an XR I love it still :) as for accessories I picked up a fender. That's all so far. I did make a video on it too :)

Can't believe you don't have a helmet on bro LOL glad you like it I was new to this game about 2 weeks ago purchased a great deal with a used gt1wheel and it turned out to be real low mileage and it was incredible. I can't say I didn't pull a hamstring about 3 days ago getting overzealous on the thing and I can't wait to heal up to get back on lol enjoy riding both be safe

@@JakeBlackstaffe same, I want a GT but imma wait a few months for them to work out the kinks from the first batch. 😬 getting it imported to Canada will cost a pretty penny tho…. You might have to sell a kidney. My buddy got a pint X, and I rode it to test the battery, I’m 115 pounds and I got 23 miles out of it. Which was dope, but the 4 and a half hour charge time kinda is a turn off.

I also live in Canada, did you bought it from the main website (in US)? The shipping to Canada adds another 150$US. With everything, it comes to 1550$CA, wich really expensive for their "inexpensive" product. On other websites, I can find it for 1500$CA wich is not that much better.
I got mine in canada from a local shop. I played around 1500$ for it. But it was worth it!

Have you ever snowboarded? If yes. Then very easy! And if you haven't then just yes it's easy hah
I love my pint but I just can’t build up my confidence yet. I always feel so wobbly in my ankles, and if I loosen up my knees, I wobble more. 😕
Just keep practicing I guess. I found locking not legs helps too
i cant build confidence after my crash. i'm afraid to go to fast because last time it slammed me into the ground because i was going to fast. im an excellent rider though.

Definitely wear a helmet. They may look a bit dumb, but all it takes is one mistake and boom, you're brain dead. Love the video. Just got my pint and it surprised me how easy it was to learn :)

The Blackstaffe Project it was a full grown pregnant Doberman I was on the bike lane and it was on the sidewalk, the woman walking her was amazed by the onewheel so she forgot to put pressure on the lease when the dog lunged I hoped off and almost got hit by a car. (I wish I had it on video) it attacked my board but thankfully not the tire.
