Hey loves, this week I am sharing a hair gloss recipe using my fenugreek and avocado base that I shared last week.
For this mask, I wanted a basic, overall hair treatment that would define my curls, strengthen my hair follicles, and leave my hair shiny and glossy.
Here’s what I did:
Ingredients (Measurements depend on desired strength of mask, I used the former of each herb)
1 tsp - tbsp Amla
1 tsp - tbsp Brahmi
1 tsp - tbsp Bhringaraj
1 tsp - tbsp Henna
1. Apply the mask to dry hair, leave it in for 2 hours or overnight
2. Gently rinse the hair, using your favorite conditioner to help remove the mask
3. Style your hair as normal.
NOTE: The first 3 herbs in this recipe can darken your natural hair color, which is great if you want to darken your hennaed hair, but may not be ideal for those with lighter hair. Henna can also leave a permanent red tint. If you would like a color free alternative, cassia is a great option!
Your hair is so beautiful! Love your videos per usual
OMG your hair really took off the length and health is beautiful
What an aesthetically pleasing videos. like all your videos. I have been using your fenugreek paste as a pre poo with fresh aloe vera and my hair is thriving. I am also using a fenugreek hair mist. I believe I am seeing new growth at the root. The flax see gel is the only thing that makes my curls pop. It makes my mini twists curl up like nothing else. Love your videos and diys. I also love your hooping videos. I am so proud of the work your doing. Can u tell me where u get the silicone molds for that u use for your flax seed gel please. so glad ur still doing hair videos. They are soooo helpful and calming.
She has a link for the molds that she uses in her description box below the video. It’s an Amazon link. Hope that helps!

Beautiful video, thanks! How much water did you add to the powders?
Just enough to mix the herbs into a thick paste! I did not measure
