If you have this MP and then dont worry about ladakh, he will make strict rules for tourists so they not throw waste in lakes or in mountains. Must demand him all school hospitals and basic facilities earliest as possible.
Also you can cross check his work by filing a simple RTI for his specific work. It cost Rs.10 only. You can ask any questions from govt. About the work Now. Example : if JTN got special budget for hospital and he sanctioned it to Municipality of ladakh. you(normal citizen) can ask the department anytime that when the muncipal hospital will be completed and why it is late. All departments are bind to RTI and they have to answer each question within 15days i guess. And you can use that answers for future references if they failed.
