I’m so done with hostels. If I can’t afford to get a hotel or Airbnb. I’m just not going to go. I feel it’s more of a negative experience than positive. And I kind of like being alone. And if I want to meet people. It’ll be to meet locals and can do that in local pubs and bars. (I left this comment before watching your video so I’ll leave another comment after).
I’ve had some good hostel experiences and I’ve had some horrible hostel experiences. The hostels that just made me not want to ever do hostels again. Paris and Milan. I stayed in hostels in those cities. I’m not saying every hostel in these cities are trash, but I’m not a fan of the person running the hostel or working the late night shift being like “you need to leave the common area once it’s 11pm” or something like that. And in Paris my hostel had zero plugs or anything so the common area was the only place I could charge my stuff up. So that was annoying. Kind of made my Paris experience not as enjoyable as previous Paris trips. And the Milan was already an annoying city, then the hostel just made that whole Milan experience unenjoyable. Also once I stayed in a hostel in Warsaw, Poland and my phone got stolen. I had it with me in my bed and disappeared the next morning. That was the one that really did it for me. The hostel didn’t give a damn. So from then on I just rather stay in an Airbnb or hotel where I have my own room or home to myself. I feel a lot more comfortable and at peace. Maybe if I go to Barcelona where I had a successful hostel experience. I might stay at that exact same hostel, but for the most part. I wouldn’t stay in one.
Aren't you afraid of your stuff being stolen? Didn't see anything to secure your stuff. Also sleeping in the same space as strangers is pretty scary for women I'd think. idk... I think I'd like to know more about security. thanks for the intro video!
I was scared about my stuff being stolen at first, but most hostels have lockers that lock where you store your valuables and if you have something that you care about a lot, you can always ask to keep it with the front desk.
Thank you Tony Florida for the tour and the explanation!! Wishing you continue to enjoy your tour!!🙋🏼♀️👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼

It would have been better if you turned the camera around so we could actually see the hostel.
Good tip :)

@@TonyFlorida Thanks for the reply!
Is there a lot of people staying at that hostel. Seemed fairly empty.
Thanks for shatring
Sure thing :)
How much the night?
It's usually less than $10/night
This is more a tour video of your hostel. Not explaining what it is. 👎🏾
Sorry about that
