This is called TAS. It's where the player can mod the game by editing each frame so that they know when the AI will attack, which is why it looks so entertainingly flawless. As a result, the player can pull off some amazing looking fights 👌
This Tekken Force was kinda like God Hand (with a few differences). Think about it. Instead of one character with customized fighting moves, you get a bunch of characters with different fighting styles. A pseudo 3rd person perspective.
This combat is off the chart is a professional. Man looking at this is like looking at a movie it's still good that you still come back to see it again.

If he messes up, he can go back to before he messed up and act accordingly. That's why it might seem like he has lightning fast reflexes. It's not really cheating, it's more about seeing what the best possible time would be, assuming that all circumstances were perfect and you made absolutely no mistakes.
