That's the difference between slow and fast metabolisms, I've got fast metabolisms and it's hard to get enough food in to gain weight, around 3k calories, so it's basically like a job I need to focus all the time on making sure I'm eating a lot and during holidays it's harder because you can't cook all your meals yourself and track calories and shit
