Welcome and thank you for the explanation of calibrating the device. I have a new device and I installed it, but when calibrating it, calibration fail appears in the calibration. Are there steps to adjust the sensors?
There are a couple of reasons in calibration failure. Mostly 1.Wiper deteriorating/ replace with new one or if fall down/need to open and fix it back. 2. Projector light dim /to replace with new one. 3. Check Pneumatic Valve positions 4. Check the connections between cell block and Oil content meter. In my case, Optical fiber sensors in oil content meter are found dirty with small particles which cause the calibration failure.
