One more thing that if we really want to implement all the rights given in Nikah Nama then NADRA should only accept/registerr those Nikah namas with proper rights given. Only then the implementation is possible

I have seen in my as well as many other womens' life that we all thank God for not being given right to divorce.... Generally women are ready to divorce in even littlest jolt. I would have divorced my husband within 2nd year of marriage and wouldn't have been enjoying a good family life like I am now. Many men do the same though but most use divorce as a threat. That's my observation.

I'm disappointed with Juggun regarding her stance on point 18. Her response seems frustrating because she appears to be applying Western ideology rather than adhering to Shariah principles.
