Greetings. I use mojec 210K CIU and it doesn't come with any charging port just battery. Since the token it came with finished, I have been unable to recharge. They said I should pair it with the number 5258 and some digits from my meter number which I have done. Each time I input those numbers, it will read accept and revert back to no data. I haven't had light in my apartment for like 3weeks now. Also I can't even buy tokens online like through my bank app. Each time I enter the meter number, the name will show but it comes out unsuccessful or error. Please what should I do? Location is Benin city.

If they are saying the meter does not exist it's shows that they have not activated it or programmed the meter, when was the meter installed and which location please.
@@Funnyshowtv247 I am in Lagos, around Shomolu to be precise. The metre was installed sometime early last month and since then I've tried to get in contact with the guy who installed it but our conversations haven't been productive.
