I just bought BOSU on Amazon and these videos much better than the provided DVDs - although I must say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the creators of BOSU. I'm 73 years old and have quite a bit of difficulty to follow, but it feels terrific. Thanks again to the coach and to the BOSU creator!
