    I remember first watching Rex Chapman in 1986 when the high school Kentucky All Star team played our Indiana All Star team.
    Rex was dunking all over my Indiana team the whole game. Catching alley oops, dunking backwards, posterizing opposing players, etc. He was totally amazing.

    Dan has the best guests and his greatness is in letting them take the conversation wherever they want to take it. Love Patrick.

    I’m glad Rex has come all the way back from whatever demons were haunting him. Love listening to him and will definitely check out the pod.

    Yes, Jimmy was tired, but the reason the Heat lost this series in 5 is that they ran into Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets Buzzsaw. They never had a chance.

    Why is it so hard to understand why people would prefer Jokic over Luka? Luka over dribbles for 10 seconds plus while Jokic makes reads instantly like a genius without having to dribble. It's no contest!!!

      I'm a Mavs and Luka fan but I'd definitely take Jokic over Luka. What scares me with Luka is he has that James Harden/Russell Westbrook in him. I've always said you can't win with players like that. I hope thats not the case.

      @@nate9798 Yes, he overdribbles. Too ball dominant. Jokic feels the game internally like Larry Bird. He's one with the game without the ball.

    I always admired Rex Chapman and I remember those Dunk Contests back in the day. Chapman had hops. If Chapman ever was to do one of those Ancestry DNA tests he'd find our that he was 10percent Watusi. I hope that The "Basketball Gods" give us a Nuggets vs Bucks Finals here soon. I would love to see Jokic and Giannis go head up.

    Interesting that Duncan and Joker were both swimmers. Probably the best way to build an athletic foundation on a giant clumsy kid without risking injuries.

      @@nate9798 sometimes he goes overboard. my guess is paulie and seton have to reign in dan's fanboyism.

      @nate9798 Рік тому

      @Sting Rey Yeah he can go overboard but I think part of it is Dan's career took off during the Jordan Era. He's a big NBA fan and loves the MJ, Bird, Kobe mentality

      @@nate9798 he's gotten better. now it is only a sentence or two or one question. not too long ago there were times dan was ridiculous. one time he interviewed byron scott, former laker (kobe) and cavs (lebron)coach. played on the showtimes lakers. yet dan spent the entire interview discussing jordan's greatness.

    Rex had freakish ability for a white guy. Has a great voice, maybe he'll do some narration. Love it when Dan has knowledgeable guests.

    It's time to stop trying to find the old player to compare Nikola Jokic to.
    There was nobody like Jokic. One of a kind.
