Slipknot lead singer Corey Taylor is reminiscing about a bully who used to pick on him. Taylor often talks about how his disgust for bullies and anyone who uses their strength to hurt people who don't deserve it. In this song, he has finally snapped and is letting loose his aggression, singing about his desire to kill this guy and make him feel the pain he has inflicted.

Slipknot has 9 members, vocalist, 2 percussionist, drummer, dj, samples, 2 guitarist and a bassist. Very identifiable and full sounds. They are also one of the best live shows to ever witness. They make great music videos but some are kinda shocking. You would probably enjoy “before I forget (live)” or “surfacing (live)”. Enjoy the ride.

@@TheIcpfan23 I don't think we've ever seen another band with percussionists like this. FYI, on the new video we post (Disasterpiece Live) I ask how many members in the band, but we filmed it before the above answer. Mrs. Coach is struggling a little with this group but I have really enjoyed the two songs we've done so far.
@@CoachCastTV its really 9 memebers but sid the DJ is number zero they go by numbers 0-8 .. But what they really don't know is that slipknot always didn't have the 9 members dating back to pre 1997

First of all, you guys are great together doing this reaction. I've been a fan of Slipknot since day 1, Corey Taylor is probably the best front man ever! Vocal talents are off the charts, band members are incredible musicians, and the masks are classics, changed for each album. I've seen them live several times, by far the best concerts I've ever been a part of!! Check out "Nero Forte", "The Dying Song" (live), and of course "Spit It Out" live.

metal is full on energy... get the crowd hyped !!! release the energy. headbanging , air drums, air guitar... its an energy release youth are resticted , they dont have a place to gather and be kids
This song is actually about having migraine headaches... And when he pushes his fingers into his eyes it helps stop the pain... If not it makes him insane.. lol

Corey Taylor used to get really bad migraine headaches and to ease the pain he used to "push his fingers into his eyes"; the chorus. Hope that helps explain the lyrics some.

Great reaction. Corey Taylor (the singer) is one of my 3 favorite artists and his voice is my favorite of all.
Please check out Corey Taylor Snuff (which is a Slipknot song) live and acoustic in London (2018 I think).
I also suggest Slipknot Spit it Out live @Download festival and then Corey Taylor Spit it Out live and acoustic in London. It's the last song of the full show and the intro (which you definitely should watch, too) starts at 1:49:17.
