I've met Kim Mulkey's father at the VA clinic in Hammond when he was attending an appointment, and I can emphatically express that she got her spunk and enthusiasm from her dad... Love the moment I shared with him, and honestly the conversation wasn't at all about her, it was about his journey and life itself...
