It's true but also not true. Before the entertainment district arc the upper moons had not changed in hundreds of years. But after that point new upper moons are appointed.

It was dumb kaigaku threw the other kids under the bus. If he was able to get back into the temple, then why not just stay there? Putting out the wisteria just endangers him because there’s no guarantee the demon will keep his promise, and he would already be somewhere safe

@@touhoumanty9131 rengoku is actually stronger than people believe him to be rengoku overpowered akaza with one arm and was injured very badly akaza was trying his hardest and in that fight between the two rengoku was exhausted when rengoku wasn't exhausted he fought enmu and was fast enough to hold 5 carts when rengoku was fighting akaza he was a lot slower and sloppy you can even look it up when rengoku used ninth form he was using like 25% of his power but at the end he was using 100% of his power and akaza had to cut off his arms to escape rengoku was strong enough to behead akaza gyomei base is stronger than akaza but can't beat douma in his base form like rengoku rengoku>douma extreme diff and rengoku>akaza low diff gyomei>akaza high diff gyomeidouma extreme diff now you see because douma is not physically stronger than akaza and rengoku can do the same and behead douma and since douma dosent care he would die now you get my point?
