Thank you, I really enjoyed watching your trip. The Brompton looks awesome. Beautiful beaches. Just goes to show that a cycling trip doesn’t need to be months away from home to recharge. Keep on riding 👋
Thanks very much John! It’s an easy sell with blue skies and long days 😉 Thanks so much for the encouragement and your support! I had a great time doing this trip - even more delighted to hear that you or anyone enjoyed it too 😊
“Another rough day in Connemara…” 😍 - What a treat 🙏 Just discovered your wonderful channel - what a joy to watch; i have now watched a handful and will continue 👏😍 Great drone footage, wonderful landscapes, camping details, music, calm camera - and most prominently your wonderful voice, warmth, quiet descriptions and underplayed humour. You sound so wise. Love it 🙏💙 Keep’em comin’ 🙏
What a rough day it was 😂 Delighted to hear you’ve enjoyed watching some of the videos - thanks so much for letting me know 🤩 Hope all is well with you and thanks very much for your message!!
Thank you for this video - what a scenery - what a good quality - your describing words👍 . Of course I am checking out your further videos. I wish you the best.
Thanks Martina! And thank you for watching from a far 😎 Great to hear you enjoyed it. Such a special place...theres no way I could capture its true beauty, but a little taste of it hopefully! Wishing you well too 😊
It was absolutely beautiful Miriam Croagh Patrick the beaches and the sunset and the little stops along the way. Fair play to you do a superb job filming our beautiful Ireland. Thank u
It certainly was Chris 🤩 10/10 for portion size, the fish only got 6.5/10 as some of the batter was a bit hard. Didn’t stop me from wolfing it down though! Such a nice part of the country - really beautiful to meander along on my bike with all day to do it! Hope all good with you 😊
Thanks Yvonne - such a lovely part of the country with fantastic scenery for sure! Thanks for reminding me of a lovely trip, I’m very glad you got to see it!! 😊
Dear Miriam, you and Suzanna are just wonderful. Such happiness on a Brompton. It is not a race, it is contemplation. Can’t wait for the snow to go away so I can start roaming. Cheers!
Thank you!! Thats lovely of you to say 😉 Its equally nice for me to know that anyone might watch these videos and enjoy them, its another round of pleasure having had the pleasure of the adventure aswell! Some roaming will hopefully happen for us all soon 🤞
Hi Miriam. Was introduced to your UA-cam vlog by Mark Harris of Wild Camping Ireland fame. Really enjoy this particular vlog of yours, because I'm primarily a bikepacker - only recently did a backpacking trip with Mark, last weekend. Also, the route featured in this video of yours was of particular interest, as I did a 4-day bikepacking trip from Westport to Sligo - train from and to Dublin (don't/can't drive) - last August. It was the 2nd camping trip by bike (which featured the MSR Hubba Hubba), so a vlog of it wouldn't have resulted in being as visually fuild and holistic as yours! In fact I ran out of stamina around midpoint of the tour, at Bangor Erris, and decided to forgo the coastal trip up to Belmullet and the Cead Fields, by opting to cycle the N59 over to Sligo. It was a nightmare (in the day), especially where there wasn't any hard-shoulder to distance myself from the 100 kph traffic barrelling past! Anyway, I eventually managed to find a quiet spot to pitch my tent for the night on the coast at Streamstown, Co. Sligo. So yeah, your Brompton setup surely stirred up that eventful memory, and may even prompt me to consider switching to a folding bikepacking setup. Nice one Miriam👍🏼
Thanks Rae! Yep I know Mark, it’s a pretty small community in fairness but so great that are likeminded people who like going out with a tent and camera every now and again! It sounds like you had quite the adventure on your Sligo route - it can be hard to keep the stamina going, especially on those roads that you founds yourself on 🤕 The bike and tent are a very nice way to travel and the fold up bike means you go pretty slow with the small wheels but that seems to suit the kind the trips I like to make 😉 Thanks for your message and happy planning for your next adventure!!
😂😂 - great benefit of a cycle trip as opposed to a wild mountain summit I'm learning! Glad you enjoyed it - camping at Doolough was rather nice alright 😍
Thanks very much for watching DoctorDelta! The drone came in handy for the sunset for sure!! I find it a bit hard to capture things when on the bike as my drone doesn't have a 'follow me' function and then coupled with much stronger winds than I anticipated - controlling it was a bit challenging. Lovely to hear you enjoyed what you saw!! Thanks again 😎
Absolutely Alistair - the wonderful west of Ireland 🤗 The Sawdoctors aren’t the first thing that comes to my mind with the west of Ireland I must admit - but you’re right 😉 I saw them once, nearly 35 years ago supporting The Waterboys. Thanks very much for watching and your message, much appreciated!!
Thanks so much Andrew - and thank you for joining me on this trip!! 🤗 It brings back nice memories of such glorious weather. I look forward to the sunshine and warmer temperatures again now!!
I really enjoyed your video, it brought back many happy memories. As a young man 40 years ago I walked, climbed and cycled through most of this area, even travelled most of your route at one time or another. Sadly my health no longer permits me to do such things. Enjoy it while you can.
Thanks James!! It’s such a wonderful part of the country - I felt totally blessed to be able to do it 😊 Great to hear how familiar you are with these parts and it sounds like you’ve had your fair share of pleasures here too! Sorry to hear you’re no longer able to do the adventures that you once did and I’ll take your advice and do all that I can, while I can 👍 Have a good one today and thanks very much for your message, I truly appreciate it!
Hi my name is Israel and i love y your trips in your brompton you are an inspiration for me, to look for adventures. I don't have a brompton but I want one with all my might. I am a doctor here in my country and things are not easy at all but thanks to your videos I do not abandon my dreams of traveling in a Brompton and camping next to a lake, thanks
Hi Israel - thanks for watching the video and for sharing your Brompton dream! I too used to fantasise about owning a Brompton until I eventually got one - so I hope your dream comes true! 🤞 I'm not sure what country you are living in but I hope all is ok and that things get easier for you. Best of luck and thanks for getting in touch! 😊
Another lovely video, Miriam, thank you. I am now kicking myself. A few years ago, I spent some days cycling in Donegal before moving on to Clare and now realise what I missed. Having been, once again, charmed by your film, I will put that right. You have an eye, not just for gorgeous scenery but for filming it in a way to bring out it's beauty. Thank you again.
Thanks so much Peter, thats very kind of you! I hope you get back to visit Mayo and Connemara - it sounds like you will!! It really is spectacular - this little video just gives a tiny taste to its beauty, I really couldn't touch it at all..I felt a bit useless with my little cameras trying to capture it as I was so moved by the beauty - in the end I just did what I could and had a good time doing it!! Thanks again for your message, really lovely to receive 😊
I simply loved this video. Actually, I love all your videos! Just spent the last 3hrs in bed binge watching and rewatching a few!! So much to enjoy. Love how you take the time to tell us a little about where you are and what you enjoy. You're right, beautiful scenery in every direction. Ireland IS picturesque. I guess having an 'almost permanent sprinkler in the form of rain explain the green and luscious land. Was it in this video you said 'Ireland had a hidden secret?'. Well, I guess you're right, I loved that part of your ride was in glorious sunshine!! That sunset over the Atlantic is to die for. That beach you paddled in looked really inviting. Your love of graveyards made me laugh out loud. I have an Irish friend who, like you, LOVE graveyards. She 'once' invited me to spend a day in one but I said I quite like hanging out with the living! We're still friends.😂 What a scrumptious mouth watering portion of chips! My, it's so good to be able to bring up your videos in conversation on hiking trips. I recommend because they really showcase some great places in Ireland for those interested in bikepacking, climbing and or hiking there. I think your solo adventures are fast becoming part of my regular viewing on UA-cam. ps, if I ever come to Ireland again, I'm coming to look for you just to stand with you in a photo!
Oh my god - you made me laugh out loud!! I was standing in a shop when I read your message and I literally laughed out loud 😂 Thank you so much for your kind message, your words were lovely to read and would give anyone a lift and I’m very fortunate that I got to receive your compliments 🤗 Absolutely great to hear that you enjoy the scenery in these videos as that’s all I want to show - I was talking to someone this morning about that trip and telling them how the scenery actually kind of intimidated me - how could I possibly capture it’s beauty! In fact that ‘low’ actually made me relax and realise that all I could do was enjoy the cycle and the sights and not worry about a video and whatever I could capture would do! I’d love to always have that relaxed attitude but I suppose it takes me time to relax and find my flow with it…every time is different! I was out last night without the camera so I’m ready again to bring the camera out on my next adventure 😉 I’m off work for 2 weeks and watching the weather with a plan to pounce again when I get a run of a couple of days decent weather for a cycling trip with the camera 🤞 Thanks so much again Cher Del for your lovely message ❤️
@@MiriamKennedyYou're blessed to be living on an island of natural beauty. You're doing a great job showcasing and sharing how to love and enjoy it's beauty.
I did the same route in September as part of a longer loop around the west coast. The section from Louisburgh down to Clifden was probably my favourite part of the whole trip- really enjoyable riding and superb views 🙂
What a trip that must have been for you, sounds stunning! I've seen so little to date on my bike...the little bit I've seen along this section was so nice (especially in the great weather!!) ☺
Wow wow wow, that's really a great one. And graveyards? Oh yes, love em-I go walking up and down reading all the birth dates and departure dates...a person could really rest in *peace* alongside one of those lakes! Thanks, what a dream!
May you find a nice lake to rest next to when the time comes!! Glad you enjoyed it Dave - the blue skies really help show the place off with my little camera. A really enjoyable trip and area to spend time. Great to hear you enjoyed it, thanks!! 👍
Read your post this morning; about getting Dervla's book, and about doing something special for your..ahem..twenty first birthday 😉 next summer; and this lovely vidio popped up on my feed. It was such a beautiful vidio, with so many aesthetically pleasing sights..yet strangely the thing that I found myself thinking at the end of it was..Miriam, I hope you didnt eat all of those chips? 🤣..I'm teasing..So very glad to have come across your posts, you are truly inspiring me to get my backside outside and camp again. I love the English lake district, but it became too "busy" with processions of folk winding their way up the mountains..They've just as much right to be there as I, I'm not complaining; but I got "bored" at the lack of tranquility..But if it's a little "busy" then still better than nothing..So dusting off my old camping gear (til some new kit arrives)..thanks to you and your inspiration..You're so lucky living in Ireland..I'm not jealous 😤 haha..its been 25years since I was last there..sigh! It would be fantastic to see you do something like the Wild Atlantic Way..As most of my times in Ireland were spent along the north west (Between and including, Donegal to the Dingle peninsula) So it would be so lovely to see you cycle in places that I've been myself! Keep dreaming, and then living those dreams Miriam.🤩
I ate all those chips - very impressed with their portion size!! Easy to get put off by the crowds I know - I still seem to be able to avoid them here and rarely (if ever) come across anyone when I head out with the tent…very grateful to have it like that! I did a 32km challenge walk in Kerry the weekend before last ‘Tom Crean Endurance Walk’ with 249 other people…the first time I ever did anything like that, great to do but I wouldn’t be bothered to do anything like that again as I couldn’t appreciate the views with all these other people around! I may go back and do the same walk again but alone! I don’t work on a Friday and I quite often head off before the weekend and seem to avoid the crowds that way. I’m deadly serious about making a plan for India!! I just text my friend who lives in Delhi that I met on my first trip to India and told him about this notion! He has just text back to say ‘such an insane idea can only come from inspiration’…hee hee!! 😂
@@MiriamKennedy 2x Wow..Miriam..one for eating all of those chips..haha..but the second(and much bigger wow)for seriously considering riding to India..Dervla's kit list (if memory serves me) was quite "economical" think she had a .22 pistol, a spare inner tube and a pair of woolen knickers..haha..not so comfy for cycling..The logistics nowadays, would be quite something..but anything is possible if one wants it enuf..Perhaps you could get in touch with Brompton and tell them your thoughts and ask them if there is any way they could help (contribute)? Get them to take a look at your vidios and I'm sure they will be blown away and pull out all the stops. I'm excited for you, please (if I may be so bold as to ask, and hopefully you dont think me too presumptuous!?!?)keep me up to date on whatever plans you come up with to celebrate your..erm ¤cough¤ twenty first ¤cough¤cough¤ 🤣 birthday celebrations..haha 😊
@@timporter8886 definitely, I’ll keep you updated! 👍 I happen to be meeting a friend later for a walk and he cycled from Dublin to Istanbul about 12 years ago so he’ll be great to talk with and get inspired by and I’ll have to deal with his jealousy too!! 😊
@@MiriamKennedy Haha..meeting a friend that just happens to have biked from Dublin to Istanbul; that old chestnut..because we've all got a friend that's done that, haven't we? 🤣 You couldn't get more serendipitous..haha..Funny how the Universe seems to work like that..and produce inspiration seemingly out of thin air..I for one, am excited for you Miriam 😁
@@timporter8886 I know, all a bit random 🤦♀️ As the day progressed today I’ve been brought back down to earth a bit! It was all a hop, skip and a jump over to Delhi…uh oh!! I’ll read Dervla’s book and keep looking into it and let you know what I’m thinking over the coming weeks/months about it 😉
Thank you for watching the video! I’d say they are happy memories alright - such a special place 😊 Delighted I got to do this trip and that the weather worked out very well with the sunshine. I thought the cars might be an issue with it being a bank holiday weekend, not a problem at all 😉 Thanks again!!
Thanks Kris & Izabel - it’s a beautiful part of the country alright and when the sun shines, it’s hard to beat!! I really enjoyed this little trip and it was great to have some nice weather to show it off 😊 Thanks for your lovely message and I hope all is well with you both 👍
What a place. Once again I regret not taking a company move to Ireland in the late 90's. Such a beautiful country. You have the gift of making a great video but the scenery does help, just a little! I think the shots from the drone really help get a feel of 'place'. I'm blessed to live where I do but would love to have such a landscape. A friend has a Dji mini drone and I'm very impressed with how well it copes in strong winds and the picture quality from such a small package. Thanks again for a pleasant 20 minutes watching.
Hi Colin - what a place is right!! The scenery and weather make the video for sure, I've no particular skill whatsoever and am just winging it 😉 No doubt you made the right choice for you - Ireland is always here for a visit (just make sure you bring some good weather with you...just incase). Yes I'm using the Mini 2 drone, they're great! It can cope with a fair breeze alright but I was hindered from flying it on this trip at times due to the wind. Great that I could use it at the sunset on the second night and to capture a few shots when cycling. I feel very blessed to live here and to have such amazing sights within a few hours drive of home....very blessed! Thank you for watching the video and great to hear you enjoyed it 👍
Thanks very much Chris!! Your message prompted me to watch this video again - what a great little trip...I so enjoyed it!! Thanks again for your message - it really is lovely to hear you've enjoyed any of them...makes me want to get back out there again soon with the camera!! If the weather would just cooperate a little more 😉
Brilliant video, loved the intro, love that part of Ireland although all of the west of Ireland from Donegal to Kerry is amazing, your camp locations looked great, your video makes me want to go bike packing now minus the midges
Cheers David!! The good old days of sunshine, warmth and long days - a distant memory now 🥲 I agree, the West coast is pretty spectacular and has always drawn me to spend time there. The entire coast seems littered with fantastic camping opportunities too 🤗 The aul bike is such a nice way to explore - especially when you can get to places of solitude of which we seem to have plenty!! Cheers for watching and your message 👍
Loved your video. From watching your vids last year, you have inspired me to take a cycle trip to the Arran Islands with my son in 2 weeks time. That Brompton is a great bike. Keep up the good work with the vids
Hi Tom! Oh wow - what a wonderful trip to do with your son, memories you’ll both never forget quite likely!! I’ve never been disappointed with any visit to one of our lovely islands 🤗 (actually I’m just remembering puking on my way to Skellig Michael…memorable anyway!) I hope you both have a great trip and that the weather gods deliver in 2 weeks time 🤞 The Brompton certainly is a great bike - it got some abuse over the weekend and took it so well! Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed the videos!! 😊
Absolutely wonderful Miriam, I’d call that Paradise, thanks , with the lovely gentle energy you have about you it’s a real pleasure to watch your journeys....I’m a lover of old graveyards myself 😁 , and a lover of fish n chips . Thanks again 🥰🤙
Thanks very much David!! Yep - it’s certainly a good replica or pointer to paradise surely!! 👍 A really nice little trip - I loved it…thought the roads might be busy with it being a bank holiday weekend, but no, it’s still possible to have a quiet trip on some roads here anyway over a bank holiday weekend!! Thanks so much for your message and for watching - have a good one 😊
By the way - nice to hear there are other graveyard fans aswell 😉 Good portion sizes in Cleggan for the fish and chips - the batter was a bit disappointing though!! Still wolfed it down 🎉
@@MiriamKennedy yes, graveyards are so atmospheric....although not a religious person I like old churches too....and old castles, visited a good one on last Scotland trip called ‘Slains castle’ , weirdly you can just wander about in there , climb the spiral staircase up the tower which exit onto three floor levels, but there are no floors left, only joists = one wrong step and you’ve had it 👀 ...strange that you can climb about in there in these ‘health and safety’ times.... the author Bram Stoker was a regular visitor apparently taking some inspiration for his book Dracula from the place....oops I’m rambling ! 😄
@@davidthompson1622 god…that seems bonkers that you can access a structure like that! No doubt there are plenty of examples of that kind of thing here too!! I definitely prefer graveyards to castles though 🙃
Thanks so much Tess! You know I love your part of the country a lot 😎 Really nice to go a slower pace rather than speeding through in my car. My 3 gears and little wheels help slow me down. Thanks for your message, I just spotted it as I sit here outside my tent at a mountain lake in Wicklow for an impromptu night out in the tent before some bad weather arrives…enough of a breeze to keep the midges away thankfully! No camera for this little trip - catch up with you soon 😊
Hi Miriam, Wonderful to see you are back on the west coast. I spend a lot of time exploring the lands between Westport and Clifden. I was always pulled to the beauty of the mountain ranges. I was working in Galway in 2000 and as the nature of my job I was always on the road working and fixing air cons. This provided me with a lot of time after work to explore the west coast. I cycled in 1997 from Knock to Ballina down the west coast to Adare (Limerick). 3 years later I moved to Ireland. I was down on Achill Island the Bank holiday weekend for the annual IHPA fly in, when you cycled. I had the fun to hike 5 times with 5 wonderful flights from Minauwn and Slievemore. We had exceptional fine weather but the occasional strong wind during the day. The evening flights where incredible and very magnificent. Well done! Another great video. Uli 😀
I have a similar reaction to the mountain ranges in this area Uli…I am in complete awe from the views in every direction. Interesting to hear about your cycle trip in 1997, it must have had a big impact and played some part in you moving over! Sounds like you had great weather for your weekend too - that wind was strong at times! If you recorded any of your flights, I’ll look forward to seeing them 😊
Hello Miriam, I am not sure how I missed this video, sorry. again lovely route. I must admit I am drawn to places near water. Top tip on checking where is safe to park for a few days, I will consider that when I am out adventuring. Take care. Paul,,
Hi Paul - I’m drawn too to trips beside the water, especially in these quiet spots 😉 On a 3 day hiking trip a few months before this I left my car in a forest park and I got a call on day 3 from the police to check that I was alright. A passer by contacted the police about my car and they reached out to make sure I was ok. Very nice of them!! I’ve one pal who often leaves a note in his car to say he is away camping, I haven’t tried that approach yet but another one that I might do. It’s always a worry leaving the car, but not enough of a worry to hold me back thankfully! 😉
A delightful little adventure Miriam , you can’t really go wrong in Connemara, and you even got the sun to shine . Bonus !! I know the area reasonably well but must say the posh tarts bike certainly opens up a lot of wild camping possibilities, that little beach at the end with the white sands and gorgeous turquoise sea was like a scene from Maldives. The waterfall looked amazing as well , it all looked super and was put together in a very nice story book style , time I think to borrow the brothers posh bloke bike me thinks . Loved this one 😁👍🏻👌🏻
Ahem....your brothers Brompton gets called a blokes bike and mine gets called a tarts bike! Get thee to an equality and diversity course 😂🤨 That little beach isn't even marked on the map as a beach...its absolutely stunning, I hadn't been around that particular section of headland before and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. A great little trip Colin and I had a mixed bag of weather but the sunshine definitely made its presence known for long stretches on Days 2 and 3. Thanks for your encouragement, always appreciated!! We'll be in full battle gear against the midges from now on 🤩
@@MiriamKennedy sorry that was a bit uncalled for , meant to say my brothers Brompton folding bike . Fixed it . Looks like the midge nets will now be in the rucks going forward . Damn
Hi Carol - it really is beautiful countryside along this stretch of the country and very nice to take my time and enjoy it on a bike. Ever since I started wild camping I've had a grin from ear to ear when I head out - the pleasure hasn't diminished after a number of years doing it! I feel very grateful to have found something in life that brings me so much pleasure 😉 Hopefully it continues!! Thanks very much for your lovely message 😎
Cheers Adrian! Ah it’s a beautiful place to visit - filled with remote beaches and spectacular scenery 😊 I had a great time!! Off again this weekend without the camera - not sure where I’ll bring it next 🤔 Thanks for watching the video and your message!! Have a good one 👍
Thank you!! You’re right - such a beautiful part of the country and so great to cycle in, it was such a great trip to do and especially to do it over 3 days and take my time! Thank you for watching the video, I appreciate it!! 👍
A wonderful and inspiring video Miriam! I’ve driven through this area but oh my word…. cycling opens up so much more of the scenery- spectacular! Thank you for sharing!!
Hi Sam - like you, I had driven through most of this area in the past too but cycling through it was such a different experience. I was literally gobsmacked with the beauty so often and felt silly trying to capture it with my little cameras. Such an enjoyable trip and let’s face it getting weather like that was mind blowing enough!! Thanks so much for your message - you also gave me a nice memory to remember the trip this morning! 🤗
Cheers Eric! It was a fab trip - stunning scenery and sunshine to go along with it! I thought I might have been a bit stupid to do it on a bank holiday weekend as the roads might be a bit too busy...not at all, cars weren't an issue at all surprisingly! Delighted you enjoyed it 😊
@@MiriamKennedy That is very nice when it is not busy and not too much traffic as a cyclist. But what a beautiful sun sets. The best part I think is that you enjoy your fish and chips. They taste extra delicious after a heavy day on the Brompton. You look fit by the way.
Yes I definitely enjoy my fish and chips!! 😊 The sunset on night 2 really was spectacular - such an amazing sight!! I'd say this trip helped the aul fitness anyway 👍
Thank you Jens!! Its such a beautiful part of the world as you well know! I could never do enough to capture the essence of this magical place - I had to give up and just go with it and literally just enjoy the ride 😊 I really enjoyed the trip! Thanks for watching and your message, I appreciate it 👍
Thanks very much Brian!! That wind was a disaster - I was gutted that I couldn't send the drone out to work more, I wouldn't have bothered bringing the camera gear if I had seen winds like that forecasted and I'd have held off to try capture it another time. I got a few little breaks thankfully to allow me to capture a bit anyway 😉 Great to hear you enjoyed it, lovely to hear!! 😎
Greetings Miriam.. Your videos are very nice. Thank you for showing those beautiful Irish lands. I like your enthusiasm and your beautiful smile. I'm also preparing a folding bike trip and I like your style.. Greetings from Panama City.. I signed up for your channel.. A hug, friend.. 👍👍
Hi Ignacio in Panama City 😊 Thanks for watching this trip in Ireland, it really is a beautiful place! Great that you are planning your own trip with your fold up bike 🤗 I hope you have a great time doing it! Thanks very much for subscribing to see my videos, that’s lovely to hear!! Have a nice weekend!!
Hi Miriam, really enjoyed your video once again. I can see you have many many views and deserved comments so seriously well done.. I just enjoyed watching it all pieced it together step by step.. Thank you for making the effort to film and edit... Tom
Thanks Tom! And thank you for making the effort to watch it 😉 It was a fun little trip - Ireland at its best!! As you know the editing is fun and another challenge, I was reliving the whole trip again while editing which was nice!! Nice to have a record of it and a lovely bonus if anyone watches and enjoys it 🤗 Catch up with you again soon when you’re back on home soil again!! 👍
@@MiriamKennedy Thanks 🥶 lol its turned chilly this week overnights. Day temps are 18-20 at present 😁I can live with that. The weather back home looks lovely.
Fabulous weather and extraordinary footage. Connemara is literally food for the soul. Mweelrea is a great hike via the Ramp. The Sheffrey Pass is also amazing. Foher famine village is situated on the south bank of Killary Fjord. The scenery and location will literally leave anyone speechless. The cemetery is located on the Rosroe Pier side. It houses numerous famine victims as well as a separate plot for the former landlords. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Damian - how lucky are we to have so many places to feed our soul! The mountains of Mayo and Connemara astound me every time - I really enjoyed cycling through and admiring everything around me. So many more places for me to visit 😊
@@MiriamKennedy I look forward to a video of the Burren if you end up filming the area. It's a remarkable region and one I've been hiking and biking for years. The coastal route around Blackhead is sensational. For the camping spot, there's a secluded area close to Gleninagh Castle. Keep the videos coming, they're excellent. Happy travels.
Wow, well worth the wait, that was so so good especially the chips 😃 what a sunset you captured again!!!! well done on another brilliant film really enjoyed thank you as always and safe travels, looking forward to your next adventure
Thanks very much Niall!! Chips, scones and cornettos - not common food on tap when out on the mountains 🤣 Definitely a perk of being on the bike, I miss those high views but the sugar and grease eased the pain a good bit! Great to hear you enjoyed it 😎
Thanks very much Kenny! I wish I could have flown the drone more but it was great to capture the sunset for sure and a few shots when on the bike…such a nice area!! Thanks for your message 😊
There seems little rhyme or reason to anything at present so your video is perfect! I cannot thank you enough for sharing your adventures. Inspiring and full of wonder x
Awww thank you, that’s lovely of you to say! Thank you so much for watching this little adventure and it’s very nice to know that anyone might enjoy watching it! I thoroughly enjoyed my time away and it’s nice to have a memory of it with a little video. Such a spectacular part of the country to spend some time. Best of luck today with all the madness and hopefully plenty of nice stuff around you 😉
Thanks for taking the time to Vlog your trip, stunning part of the world, Love Clifden, a little piece of France in Ireland :) When you get the chance, go north from Westport past Newport and up to Achill , you will pass one of the prettiest and spookiest cemeteries in Ireland Burrishoole Abbey
A pretty and spooky cemetery 🤔 I just looked it up online and read an article describing it as 'hauntingly beautiful' - the story of the nuns is shocking..thanks for putting me onto that. Thank you also for taking the time to watch the video Mick, I appreciate it!! It truly is a gem that we have in Ireland, not sure where the gem starts and finishes but the west coast continues to draw me back again and again! 😊
Oh great!! Another fab video from Miriam about her Brompton adventures! I explored this area of Ireland years ago. It’s inspiring scenery even when wet. I always find your work interesting and find my self wanting to take my Brompton on an adventure too. Keep up the good work.
Thanks very much Michael! You're right - rain or shine this area is very special. I felt quite awestruck for a lot of my time on the cycle...the views of the various mountain ranges just stop me in my tracks. I truly find it very moving being in these parts. Get thee out on an adventure on your Brompton, you won't regret it 😉 Thanks for your message, it's so nice to receive 😊
Thank you, Miriam. Another wonderful and beautiful video. That route is spectacular and the two magical sunsets that you had made it even more special. Happy outdoors. Enjoy! Johnny
Cheers Johnny! What a route that is - so nice to cycle..I’d only ever driven some of those roads before, it was very nice to cycle them this time 😊 Yeah, it was great to have the tent set up and take in the sunsets - really nice to just watch the show unfold! Thanks for watching and your message, may we have many more lovely sunsets this Summer!! 🤞 Just remembering how we are all locked up with our 5km restrictions not too long ago…

😂😂 - while I was at that beach Joe, I got a text from a friend sending me a clip of her beach holiday in Portugal…the views in Connemara just poopooed her trip!! 🤩 Loved taking my time in this amazing scenery - such a treat! You must have had nice bike rides out there yourself…it’s a little piece of heaven!! Thanks for watching and your message Joe 😎
Brilliant Miriam. Your making we want to cycle more. Hummm. You got me thinking now. Love the shot at 5min walking on the beach. You have a video Sheefry. Lovely area. Need to do that. Excellent video as always Miriam. May do a bike camp soon. You got me thinking. By the way, great camping spots. Very jealous.
😂 You'll just have to get the cycling and wild camping monkey off your back and do it Martin!! A really nice way to travel - especially if you can take your time. My little wheels and 3 gears forces me to be a little slower anyway. The camping locations worked out well - Doo Lough was a familiar area to me so I knew I wanted to camp there and then a beach location was my next plan...great to have caught a nice sunset too. I look forward to hearing what your bike trip plan will be 😉
Cheers Colum - the aul Brompton played a blinder, 3 gears and little wheels and it handled it all so well! The little bike got dragged and thrown around to get to my chosen camp spots but it still performed! Such a great area - I've no words to describe the beauty...thanks so much for watching and your message, I always love hearing from you 😊
What a gorgeous video diary of your adventures Mirium. I feel inspired to go wild camping myself sometime soon. Well done to you and keep it up I really enjoyed that. 🙏👍
Cheers Adrian! A great little trip - I hope you do go for it, it’s something I get immense pleasure from and I can only imagine that most people would 😉 Thanks for watching the video and your message! You take care and catch up with you soon 😊
Hi Miriam! Another fantastic video, and in some of the area's I cycled in a few weeks ago! I cycled from Belfast to Co. Sligo, Co. Mayo, fringed Connemara(camped on the edge of the lough at Leenaun...despite locals warning me I'd be washed away! 😳😢...I wasn't fortunately, and spent the evening right across the road in a pub! 😅. Didn't get to Clifden as I went from there to Rossaveel and a ferry for 3 days on Inishmore...fantastic! Also wild camped on Achill Island for 3 night's at Keel Strand(unbelievable scenery again...but WiFi was like hen's teeth! 😂), had a hostel for 3 night's in Westport, walked up Croagh Patrick, and had 3 night's in a hostel in Galway, before nearly 4 days cycling back to Belfast...wild camping all the way! 😢16th May - 13th June, and some fabulous memories on my old 1989 Dawes Galaxy mixte! Some REALLY tough days and night's as well, but I survived! 😂. You got a bit closer to the Aasleagh Falls than me and your wild camping spots and some of the roads you used looked nicer...that's the beauty of local knowledge I guess! 🤷♂️ 😀. Keep the video's coming...loved it! 😍
Wow - what a trip you did! You got to see and spend time in so many wonderful parts of the West Coast! Three nights in Inis Mór and 3 nights in Achill - fabulous! Westport and Galway are such wonderful places to hang out in too - you got a great taster for life in the West for sure!! Great that it worked out so well for you and that you weren’t washed out of it 😊 Plenty of great memories I’m sure - well done for bringing your bike over and seeing all that you did!! 🤗 Where to next after that!!
@@MiriamKennedy might be backpacking in India in August with a friend! Gotta be back in November though cos it looks like I'll be a grandad for the first time, to a baby girl! 😏😂. I wild camped one night on Downpatrick Head, near Ballycastle, Mayo...it was absolute hell! No natural cover, the wind got up and so did the rain! My tent was flapping like a sail and rain started to come in. I think I slept about 2 hours max! I was in a pub at Pullathomas a couple of days later and telling a couple of locals and the landlord where I'd been and that it was like something Bear Gryll's or the Special Forces would have done! The landlord was wetting himself laughing and said...'funny you should say that cos Bear Gryll's did a programme for the BBC from Downpatrick Head!' 🤤🙄Lol!
India is always good for an eventful adventure! Glad your crazy night in the tent didn’t scar you too much 😳 Those nights can be rough alright but you got a good story out if it anyway 😉
You mentioned you didn’t know what kind of video this would be, turns out it was an Awesome video :) ! Continually speechless at your environment, my goodness! You’ve inspired me to get out next week to hit the road before schools are finished and the world becomes unmanageable with people. Thank you for this, so well done again!
Cheers Rick!! Would you believe this trip was on a holiday weekend...its official, we can even have a great trip in the wilds of Ireland on a holiday weekend and not have cars and people breathing down our neck! The forecast was showing likely sunshine so initially I had ruled out doing the trip this weekend as I thought it could be too busy...lesson learnt! I hope the unmanageable people stay off the roads for you for your upcoming trip 😊 Thanks again for watching and your message, always nice to hear from you! 😎
Lovely latest adventure Miriam, some distance covered on the bike, and no rain again👍🏻🤣, beautiful location and great work with the drone 👌, I remember sitting in Sweeneys, having a few pints, don't remember leaving 🤣, great work as always Miriam
😂😂 I’d say that has happened to a few people Ben, must be something in the barrels there! I had rain every day - not much, but showers!! Right after that sunset it started to piddle rain - drizzled on the first day and the final morning too!! It wasn’t much - but I didn’t fully escape 😂 Cheers for watching - what a bloody spot…amazing!! I was reliving it all again last night and this morning when editing the footage 😍
Thanks Peter! Its great to be able to get out and enjoy this country for sure - I feel very lucky to have found something that brings me so much pleasure....a night in a tent brings me the jackpot nearly every time! Best of luck to you too and thanks very much for your message 😊
What an amazing camping spot and that weather cast drives me mad, especially when they talk about a 'long range forecast' - they cannot even get the next day right! Loved Aasleagh Falls and some superb drone footage. Fish n Chips sounded the business mind, as did the beach. I love old graveyards and old churches and also sunsets/rises, you sure were spoilt there - gorgeous views! Shame about the bugs but I could put up with them for a visit to that beach, white sands and crystal clear waters, my idea of heaven. Must admit, ever time we have been to Ireland, it did not rain, it absolutely poured lol! Cheers Alan
😂😂😂 It seems that’s the way it works - plan anything here and you’ll be goosed with the weather. Do something at short notice and you might just get lucky!! 😎 Overall the weather was glorious with the sunshine on Days 2 and 3, the odd midge was easy to put up with, they hadn’t called in all their relatives yet but were just sniffing around to see if there was anything good on offer. Maybe the vinegar from my chips frightened them off too! A great little trip Alan - filled with lovely sights and adventure, loved it!! Thanks for watching the video and your message, I need to work on convincing you to come back and visit us again over here…I’ll put in a good word with the weather gods! 🤗👍
Lovely film, thank you for sharing 🙃🙂 p.s. I like to stroll around churchyards too - all those lives, who were they, what were their lives like, who did they love, did they have happy times? The peacefulness of a churchyard is a good place to sit awhile 🥰
Thanks very much for watching the video and letting me know you enjoyed it 😊 A great place to cycle and camp - I loved it! I sense that peacefulness too in a graveyard and also a humility as to what happens to us all, it’s hard to deny the mystery and tragedy of life when in a graveyard. Thanks again 👍
Great adventure! A very warm and honest account. I've never been to Ireland, but it looks great from your videos. I would love to ride my bike there. You are doing a great job with these documentaries of your travels. This is very inspiring.
Thank you very much Maciej! I hope you do get to ride your bike over here, it really is a very beautiful place (especially when the sun shines 🙂) Thanks so much for your encouragement, it was lovely to receive and read!! 👍
Another very good video Miriam. The weather gods were good to you. Omey island has an interesting graveyard also, you have probably paid a visit to it. Take care.👍
Thanks Andrew - the sun gods definitely worked overtime last weekend in Connemara! 😊 I agree, the graveyard in Omey is worth the crossing alone…another great spot! Hope all is well with you! 👍
@@MiriamKennedy aww thanks for remembering. Yes did an evening walk up to one of the smaller Cooley hills, pitched up, overnighted, and did an early morning walk to explore my surroundings. Made some booboos ie. Should have remembered how stony the place was and really struggled to get a pitch. Sort of slept, but at 4am the wind moved around and my tent flapped like mad, so I got up at 5! Sorry about the long story, but anyway I am wholly converted, 12km with 12kg on my back, rough ground, didn't feel anything like as scared as expected, so going again hopefully this day fortnight when I'm in Sligo on hols, this time using one of the wonderful Gerry McV's videos as an inspiration! I have an Arderin to bag in the Nephin Begs. After that I have some Arderins on a route down Caha way in August, can't remember who's vid inspired me 😉 Phew sorry, a bit long-winded!
Oh wonderful!! Wahooooooooooooo!! Delighted you did it and even better to hear that you've been converted 😊 Thanks for letting me how it went!! Just to let you know, I get very little sleep when out in the tent...it's not nerves or anxiety, I think its just that I'm so stimulated. I lie in the tent and I know my body is at least resting but I get very little unconscious sleep. It doesn't bother me though, I'm just so content to be where I am and I'm always really looking forward to the sun coming up and potentially seeing a nice sunrise. If I have the camera gear with me I definitely sleep less as my head is too active in video mode. While lying on a mattress I find myself plotting out the video...its all very enjoyable and not in the least bit bothersome! The walk the following morning after a night in the tent is the highlight for me - the stillness and solitude of being in the wild for that morning hike keeps my coming back for more and more!! Your next two adventures sound great - I've yet to explore the wild Nephin range....plenty to keep us entertained!! Gerry has kept me inspired and busy too for the last few years 😊
Your Brompton is racking up the miles. You got some stunning weather for the journey, I'm delighted that you decided to bring the camera along. It was a great watch as always 👍
Cheers Jason - that was my longest trip on the Brompton and my arse survived! I had been hoping to do that trip for quite a while so I took the plunge at the last minute when it looked like the weather might be favourable - the blue skies were a great treat. I had a few light showers on the first day and when in the tent on the second night and last morning...the wind hindered me using the drone a bit but in fairness I couldn't complain about the conditions at all! Thank for watching Jason 😊
Well done in a great video story told simply, it really took me there and reminds us how great Ireland is for those of us that take the time to explore. Love your story’s keep it up
Thanks David! Such a lovely part of the country - a very different experience to be on a bike rather than just driving through to get somewhere else, I appreciated it more than ever this time! Great to hear you enjoyed the video, thanks!! 😊
So jealous Miriam, one of my favorite places is around Doolough and Killary. That light on Doolough beautiful. My brother was west in is camper past week and said the sunsets where some of the best he has seen.
I spent the majority of this trip thinking there is nowhere I've seen to date in Ireland that moves me in the way this section of the country does....so I'm with you on that one! It was moody and misty when I first arrived at Doolough (which of course is still fabulous) but it was such a delight when the sun broke out and revealed that lovely warm light on the mountains around me...magic!! Your brother must have had a great time...what a trip that must have been! Thanks for your message Declan 😊
@@MiriamKennedy totally agree both on the road level and hill tops, years ago I did the Mweelrea horseshoe and didn’t want to come down, when I did eventually was exhausted 🤣 it’s a magical place
Miriam, a beautiful whistle stop tour through the amazing landscape of Connemara and Galway before the nitty gritty👍😊 That must have been really cool cycling into Doo Lough Valley🚴♀️ and to have had that camp beside the lough in mind. A stunning evening☀️ to be on the lower ground between those mountains. The fish and chips, scone and the ice cream looked cool😊 Always great to camp near to the beach and to have a beautiful sunset thrown in☀️👍 Looked like a fantastic adventure with so much to experience with the versatility of the bike packing.
A really enjoyable trip Gerry! A bit too much beauty around me, I can find it more challenging when it’s so beautiful! 😊 A lovely experience to cycle through this landscape at a slower pace rather than driving through to get to a destination quickly. Both camp spots worked out well and were great spots to lay down for the night! It could be my favourite part of the country to date - I’ve plenty more to see in fairness but it always moves me greatly. Mayo and Galway Abú! 😎 Cheers for watching and your message!!
Thank you so much.. This is my favorite ever route for cycle touring and wild camping. From Clifden, If you head back to Westport via Cornomona (Lough Corrib) and into Clonbur to Cong Ashford Castle and Tourmakeady,, then back into Westport then there is no finer looped tour.. It is an inspiration to me
Thanks so much Michael! Thanks for letting me know your preferred way to finish this as a loop - this was my first time cycling this route. I'd driven many sections over the years on my way somewhere but quite a different experience to cycle it. Like you, I find it so inspirational - heart stopping beauty so much of the time. I felt very inadequate with a little camera trying to capture the beauty around me. It's a little taster anyway and a reminder for me as to the effect that this landscape has on me. So, so beautiful...thanks for watching and your message, I appreciate it!! 😊
@@MiriamKennedy Hi Miriam, I only watched 10 minutes earlier this evening as i found your post as i was leaving work. That was the most enjoyable 20 minutes i had in a long time and was gutted it wasn't an hour long. The video is tremendous and you really captured the beauty of this beautiful part of our country. I am just waiting for a decent forecast for a few days and I will be following your tracks for about 5 days. I have subscribed and thank you so much again. You're a class act!! PS.. I had a nice giggle when you said it was "another rough day in Connemara" haha Tak care, Michael.
@@michaelc6828 Awww thank you Michael - thats very kind of you to say! I was waiting a while for a weather break but hopefully you'll get one soon!! As I wanted to video this route I was trying to get sunshine and little wind for 3 days...a tall order! The wind was a little too strong for my liking to fully exploit my little drone. The wind was nice and low for the sunset to fly but there were so many more places I'd like to have captured but I couldn't with the strong breeze...you're familiar with the area so its good to hear you think the video captured something of it anyway!! I had a great time on this trip, such beauty...wishing you well for your upcoming trip and I hope you don't have to wait too long! 🤞
Thanks!! I’d been looking forward to those fish and chips, lovely to be able to get food like that! My veggies and rice were nice from the previous night, I promise!! Hope all is well with you!
@@MiriamKennedy Dear Miriam, I think you can even make smoked pork suffer in your small camping oven👍. Tomorrow I would like fish and chips, where the heck do I find it here in Helsinki😄
😂😂 Maybe I did!! Ah no, I’m actually not a huge fan of swimming so a paddle and a dip up to my knees was satisfying enough for me 😊 I’ve just never been bitten by the swimming bug it seems…maybe some day it’ll happen!! It was amazing to see though and take a little dip in!! Thanks very much for your message 😎
Looked like a great trip Miriam, some of those beaches where stunning. Have to admit, there is something relaxing about dandering around an old graveyard, made me think back to when I was a kid trying to find the oldest headstone I could. Thanks for taking us along on another great adventure!
Thanks Gary - yep the landscape really is spectacular in this area! I was a little overwhelmed by the beauty at times in terms of a video - how could I possibly capture it. In the end I tried to relax and have a bit of fun with it 🤷♀️ A lovely trip though and great to have plenty of time to take my time each day. A nice graveyard can be as good as a nice summit possibly 🤔😉 If it’s not too personal a question..are you taking a break or have you hopped off the posting wagon?? I still have a love/hate relationship with it but yet I find myself doing it occasionally…but I’m curious as to where you are at with it? Thanks for watching by the way 😊
@@MiriamKennedy Its definitely a break, an unintentional one at that, I have just been so busy with work and home life over the past few months, its been hard to find the time! Its not that I haven't been out either, I've actually got 4 outings sitting to edit but I must pull the finger our and get something up!! Thanks for the thought Miriam, much appreciated!
@@IrelandOutdoors great to hear Gary - I’ve enjoyed your videos to date, nice to hear you’ll get back to it again at some stage! 🤗 Hope life gets a bit quieter for you 👍 Have a good one!!
Thanks so much Ervin - I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't do more with the drone at the time but the wind was just too wild at times for my Mini 2. Also not having tracking when on a bike is a bit of a pain but I'm making do 😉 Thanks for your message, I really appreciate it!!
Thank you, I really enjoyed watching your trip. The Brompton looks awesome. Beautiful beaches. Just goes to show that a cycling trip doesn’t need to be months away from home to recharge. Keep on riding 👋
Thank you!! There’s lots of places in little old Ireland for me to still explore 😉 Thanks for your message, I really appreciate it!
Beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for your effort to share the beauty of our homeland. ❤
Thanks very much John! It’s an easy sell with blue skies and long days 😉 Thanks so much for the encouragement and your support! I had a great time doing this trip - even more delighted to hear that you or anyone enjoyed it too 😊
“Another rough day in Connemara…” 😍 - What a treat 🙏
Just discovered your wonderful channel - what a joy to watch; i have now watched a handful and will continue 👏😍 Great drone footage, wonderful landscapes, camping details, music, calm camera - and most prominently your wonderful voice, warmth, quiet descriptions and underplayed humour.
Thank you very much Eric - that’s lovely to hear! I thoroughly enjoyed this trip 😊
yes, I enjoyed your adventure from the far, thx a lot for sharing. Have a nice time!
Thanks Martina! And thank you for watching from a far 😎 Great to hear you enjoyed it. Such a special place...theres no way I could capture its true beauty, but a little taste of it hopefully! Wishing you well too 😊
To answer your question. Yes. Yes I did enjoy your video immensely!
Thanks Paul - my question has been answered 😊 Very glad you enjoyed it 👍👍
It was absolutely beautiful Miriam Croagh Patrick the beaches and the sunset and the little stops along the way. Fair play to you do a superb job filming our beautiful Ireland. Thank u
Awww thank you Annie!! The sunshine definitely helps show the place off quite easily 😊 It was such a nice trip to do - very fond memories 😎
Another awesome video 👍👍👍👍👍
Cheers Craig! Its a really beautiful part of the country for sure 👍😊
Wonderful adventure and so enjoyable my friend🤍 be safe
Great to hear you enjoyed this adventure - such a lovely trip to do, I loved it! Thanks for watching and your message!! 😊
Bet that fish supper was just heavenly! All those beautiful lakes and waterways, a treat to see. thankyou.
It certainly was Chris 🤩 10/10 for portion size, the fish only got 6.5/10 as some of the batter was a bit hard. Didn’t stop me from wolfing it down though! Such a nice part of the country - really beautiful to meander along on my bike with all day to do it! Hope all good with you 😊
Fantastic scenery. Really enjoyed sharing this trip with you. Thank you😀
Thanks Yvonne - such a lovely part of the country with fantastic scenery for sure!
Start with an ice cream and finish with a scone. Perfect that first pitch was amazing.
😂😂 - great benefit of a cycle trip as opposed to a wild mountain summit I'm learning! Glad you enjoyed it - camping at Doolough was rather nice alright 😍
Thanks for sharing your adventure. Epic drone footage!
Beautiful shots with the drone!
Thanks Vivian, that’s really nice to hear 😊 They are such powerful little cameras for their size!
Thanks for show us a beautiful part of the world
Thanks for watching and your message Bokooda - it really is a beautiful part of the world! 😊
The wonderful West of Ireland...Sawdoctors country!
Enjoyed the video very much 👌
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers Alistair 👍
Absolutely Alistair - the wonderful west of Ireland 🤗 The Sawdoctors aren’t the first thing that comes to my mind with the west of Ireland I must admit - but you’re right 😉 I saw them once, nearly 35 years ago supporting The Waterboys. Thanks very much for watching and your message, much appreciated!!
Miriam, what a treat watching your travels plus camping and your wonder Brompton Bicycle thank you.
Lovely 🎥 safe travels 🇨🇦👋
Thanks Paul! It was a great little trip, really enjoyable 🤗
Beautiful.
Thanks very much reegan mad - it’s a very beautiful place to visit! Great to hear you enjoyed it 😎
I simply loved this video.
We're still friends.😂
What a scrumptious mouth watering portion of chips!
Thanks very much Cher Del, it’s a beautiful country alright and I’m very fortunate to have found myself here 😊
Beautiful shooting and equally amazing scenery 👌
Cheers Gerry! Summer had left us here now and it’s back to the winter sleeping bags! Nice to be reminded of warmer weather 😉
I’ll read Dervla’s book and keep looking into it and let you know what I’m thinking over the coming weeks/months about it 😉
Great wee vid, glad you got the weather. Love that area, many happy memories of camping and fishing there. Thanks
Wow ! Amazing trip. What a views... :) Another lovely film :)
Thank you for watching the video and great to hear you enjoyed it 👍
Such great videos, Miriam. They're inspiring, soulful and relaxing. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
Really enjoyed this video. Beautifully made. Thanks
Thanks very much Dick - lovely to hear you enjoyed it 😊 I had a great time 😎
Wow, oh wow Miriam, you show me my own area in places I have not been. Love your fab videos.
Hi Miriam,
Wonderful to see you are back on the west coast.
If you recorded any of your flights, I’ll look forward to seeing them 😊
Hello Miriam,
I am not sure how I missed this video, sorry. again lovely route.
Damn
🥳🥳
What a relaxing trip in a beautiful countryside. Your smile shows the joy you have in you, not everyone remembers to smile, yours is so genuine. ❤️

Love! An easy breezy travelogue of a beautiful part of Ireland. Thank you!
Folding bike, camping gear, and a drone with a view of Ireland...an amazing video 😀
Ah thanks! Glad you enjoyed it 😊 All simple things - but they make me happy too!! 😉
Nice to see this new ‘Brompton bike trip’ upload. Must have been a great trip Miriam. Enjoyed it very much, thanks.
Awesome! Cheers for more exciting rides! 🥂❤️✨

That was so great, Miriam. Great job flying the drone in that wind, too. Wonderful stuff, thank you. 🙂🚴♂️👍🏕️

Cheers Rick!! Would you believe this trip was on a holiday weekend...its official, we can even have a great trip in the wilds of Ireland on a holiday weekend and not have cars and people breathing down our neck!

As always Miriam
Superb work sharing your adventure with us, your loyal audience 😀
Thank you and please keep up the great work.
Keep safe!
Thanks very much George - thanks a million for watching it!! I'm dying to hear how you got on with your trip??? Will there be a second one??
After that I have some Arderins on a route down Caha way in August, can't remember who's vid inspired me 😉
Phew sorry, a bit long-winded!
Gerry has kept me inspired and busy too for the last few years 😊
@@MiriamKennedy I'll let you know how it goes!
Safe travels
Great stuff Miriam 👍
Cheers Peter!! Such a great spot 👍 Catch you soon 😊
Fantastic video 👌
Thanks Dean!! Great to hear you enjoyed it 😉
Thank you so much..
PS.. I had a nice giggle when you said it was "another rough day in Connemara" haha
Tak care, Michael.
Great video🙂👍 ... the fish and chips looked good and the colorful soups in your little pot were definitely good too ..... ...I think😄
Beautiful beyond words. ;) Near the end of the video, how could you not go for a swim in that wonderfully clear water? (Ok. too cold. :))
Loved it. Gorgeous video.
Thanks very much Nick! Lovely to hear you enjoyed it...it was such a nice place to spend some time 😊 I had a great time 😉
Fantastically captured trail, drone shots and overall composition are just outstanding. 😊😊👌👌👌
沿途景色真漂亮。
那當然是!這是一個美麗的地方。感謝收看和您的留言!
If Miriam is uploading a video, Yess than my day is perfect 👍
Ha!! Hilarious 🤣 Hope you enjoyed it anyway, such a great place to spend a bit of time, I loved it and really nice that you watched it 😎
