Thank you Emma, just in time for my Aunties birthday card. I attempted a Marigold last night and it was a mess. Thank you for your tips, I will have another go with along side your tutorial. Thank you your hard work.
I really appreciate your generosity. I have just the WORST trouble getting areas to stay wet long enough to work wet on wet. I’m using Arches 140lb cold pressed paper and Daniel Smith pigment so I don’t think it’s my materials. If I get it wet enough to stay wet, it’s too much water.if I get it a little wet, it dries in no time. My environment is average; not too cool, warm, wet, or dry. I’ve watched tour water control video a number of time but am still having rotten luck. Any hidden hints you might share? 😉 I’ll keep watching. BTW, I’m ready to jump on to Patreon whenever you get started there. Hugs
quick question Idk if it was the batch of paper i got from bee paper but it just seems way different from the last time i purchased it. has anyone else notice the difference or is it just bc i am used to the arches now but some how it just seems way diff from what i remember it and i made a bunch of cards last time with it and i could work with it and know what to expect maybe its just me sorry...
thank you so much...i was trying to find a tut on marigold. I'm so blessed that I'm your subscriber. your Tutorials have helped alot. bcz of you i was able to start practising. i think i can achieve satisfying level for my subject. thank you so much.
I'd planted an extensive garden at our last house, & in one elevated brick section, had "waist high" florals. Your marigold color selection reminded me so much of the multitude of marigold colors we planted! There's NO denying the scent of a marigold! Yours are lovely, Emma, made even prettier in that yummy Etchr sketchbook! Many thanks for a fall floral! Frances (Fanna) Turano Denver, CO
I am really enjoying your videos on how to first draw the flowers and then paint them. I have been painting in my ink drawings and really like the way they turn out. Thank you for sharing your talents with all of us beginners.
wow my birth flower... I cant get over how big the baby is getting how cool it would be and i wish i had thought of this myself is getting some video clips of the baby of when u first started showing him like a time lapse of him growing idk just me lol but hes just so cute. my daughter and I were sitting here last night and she commented on how the baby is getting so big and i didnt realize she was paying that much attention when i watch and paint with you ...all while im thinking how old she is already time just flies by ... thank you for posting this very cool.

If I want to do lines with the pen, do I do it before or after I paint?
With or. If you do it before just make sure your pen is waterproof so it doesn’t smudge
Can you do this without drawing. I am a terrible drawer
Did you watch the watercolour part? I didn’t draw it.
@@EmmaLefebvre I'm sorry I watched again and saw that it was just paint, sorry for my misunderstanding. I appreciate your guidance and help
