I had to do a lot of cleaning and organizing post the festivals but one thing that definitely needed most attention was to make use of leftover ingredients from all the recipes made over the past week. @@homegupshup the place in which it is now is exactly what it needs ventilation wise.. The soil needs to be just moist... Follow the thumb rule... I mean stick a finger and see if the soil is wet don't water else water thoroughly... Over watering and underwatering will cause the leaves to fall... Fertilize it with rice water ( the water with which you clean the raw rice) once a week and new shoots will keep showing up...

U mentioned u r veg. But if my memory serves clearly, I think I saw you using gelatin for some of ur desserts. Are those veg/vegan gelatin? Or did u serve that to ur non-veg guests only? FYI Gelatin is generally non-veg. Check the ingredients.
