And Taxi Stand and Famous QADER HOTEL right in the center of Daira Dubai THOSE WERE the. OLD GOOD. DAYS VERY SIMPLE AND EASY LiFE
Where exactly was Qader Hotel? I 've heard of it. There was also Airport Hotel, Ambassador Hotel, Al Shab Cinema, Al Maktoum Hospital, Iranian Hospital, Hassani Super Market, Dr Zuhair's clinic, Kola bottling plant in Kola (now Karama) etc. Brings back memories too.

I remember my time here in Dubai starting 2010-2013.. I was born 1984 during the filing of this video..I felt a kindred spirit with this city. I remember when my elder brother picked me up from the airport and my sister taking me on the abra for the first time going to the other side of the river.. I remember my first time at the gold soul with my brother to look for an engagement ring for his gf.. he doesn’t have that much money so we have to haggle a lot, a lot of negotiations and photos of a Tiffany ring that he wants to buy, souq style🤗 I remember my first time going to jjmeirah with a bunch of my Filipino flat mates! We had a picnic and bbq all night long! How magical that place was!
I also still miss my Doha Qatar school friend oh !😢Allah how i find them again we all bro and sis was lived in Doha Qatar but now my father and 2 brother is not alive oh Allah 😢😢😢😢😢
Wow this is a gem ! Iam now in dubai and seing this amazed me more how this place has progressed in just a short time. BurDubai creek still looks magnificent.
What they have done is very beautifull now, they let the Old Dubai and have also an other side that means the new Dubai thats where the Burj Khalifa stay. So the history doesnt destroy with other buildings and the memory s can stay.
I still remember my childhood memories from Al Qusais area Sheikh colony where we were living there was only one super market in that are name is Shop & Save we were living opposite of that super market
wow this takes me back. The Abras on the creek. I remember we could take the boat to any number of spots on the coast and go fishing, come back, bbq on the beach. It was a unique place. I don't suppose all those beaches are accessible like that anymore.
i think its really great what they've accomplished in Dubai... i've always thought the abundance of wealth that has been amassed in that part of the world would best be used to create places for vacationers as well as for the advancement of human health & well being ... i now think they possess the power to change the world by beginning to put to good use the suppressed discoveries by scientists here in the U.S.

when i came Dubai in 1970 .life in Dubai was very simple.Yes in nife area the Qadar hotel was famous spot.And bedside of the Qadar hotel was the old Haji Nasir souq which is called now Al ras...And in bur Dubai today the heritage village is there in 70's the mina Rashid was there & some Shks homes were their along with Ower Own English school wsa their...oop old memories....
