Oh my God, Jasmine, THANK YOU for talking about how awkward one can feel as a hijabi when we are dressed so differently in a beach/pool setting. My husband is Colombian so he absolutely has no idea what I might be experiencing because he has never heard a woman speak about what hijab feels like when you're surrounded by people wearing swimwear that's super exposed. I also never wear the hijabs that come with the swimwear, I wear chiffon because it's at least a little bit porous and let's water out. I already have a fear of the swimming, so that feeling of water getting stuck in my ears easily just freaks me out even more. I honestly feel like I need a solution asap that doesn't mess with my ears, so that I can learn how to swim well. Also, I have come to realize that khalas, my swimwear is strange to people and the only way I can feel comfortable is to go where there aren't a lot of onlookers. I prefer it that way anyway, since no one can see the clothes stuck to my body when I get out of the water.
There are halal resorts in Turkey which means that there for example is no alcohol served or wearing a bikini is forbidden, also with extra pools and beaches for women. But yeah you could also rent a private villa in Antalya Kalkan with indoor outdoor pool and sea view. Did it twice and it was awesome ! Def. A recommandation
I went to the beach recently with my fam and didn’t have time to get a burkini so I went with a black one piece, tunic top with a tank top underneath in case the tunic raised up and joggers and felt really comfortable. the one piece cotton hijab tucked in or tied behind the neck was so helpful
I wear the Nike hijab! I know it’s not the cutest but tbh it’s stays on really well when playing volleyball/swimming in the ocean and it matches my Nike leggings so I love it!

Asalam Jasmine...Im from Cape Town South Africa....Regarding the swimming situation, I felt the same with the hijab in the water.(soggy potato.. Lol.. Funny) .. I acutally had a burkuni set custom made and a swimming cap to match that ties at the back like an under cap with a peak infront like a peak cap in lycra material, the same colour scheme as my costume. It is so comfortable and no worries about the hijab floating anymore...
Salam alaiykum Jasmine! Lovely video you looked happy masha Allah my question is do they have a women’s only swimming pool? That is also covered from prying eyes lol?
Honestly there is no other way to swim normally but to wear the turban, I never wear it in my everyday like you, but when it comes to swimming, it is a must, you need to let your ears out also.
Hey since I’m Turkish I can tell you that you have paid waaaaaaay too much! We’ve went to the delphin resort recently and we paid about 1500 incl. the flight from Germany. And we stayed for about 6 days. Maybe you went during the season but usually if you don’t fly in the middle of the season it’s not that expensive
I was in Antalya a few years back, stayed in a hotel not too far from your hotel. Took the family for 7 days, they loved it, my wife didn’t feel awkward wearing a hijab while surrounded by girls In bikinis. Though the hotel and food was great I thought Antalya was a little too touristy. Next time will stay in Izmir.
Not sure why this video got recommended to me. I watched it and put like for your hard work. However, this all inclusive type of holiday is definitely not for me. It's my idea of hell to be crammed up like this with other people in massive concrete structures of hotels and occasional pools at the bottom. I know a lot of people enjoy this though.
Amazon has hijabs that cover the neck in swimming material. But I put goggles on top to keep the hijab in place because I get paranoid when I’m swimming that it will slip off
Jasmine I want you to visit Erbil, it is a great country, and we will be happy with the amount of comfort and enjoyment in our country, especially on Nowruz holiday on March 21, 2021 every year. We love you from Erbil

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, Jasmine & Dawood. All the best for you both!
You went to a resort, you missed out on Turkey.
Ahhh what do you do when you come out of the water and the wet clothes feeling :$ :$
Salam alaiykum Jasmine! Lovely video you looked happy masha Allah my question is do they have a women’s only swimming pool? That is also covered from prying eyes lol?
Love from Turkey 🤗
Yallah that good for you my dear we love you and may Allah be with you always
Jasmine you look beautiful in this video xxxx
Honestly there is no other way to swim normally but to wear the turban, I never wear it in my everyday like you, but when it comes to swimming, it is a must, you need to let your ears out also.
Hey since I’m Turkish I can tell you that you have paid waaaaaaay too much! We’ve went to the delphin resort recently and we paid about 1500 incl. the flight from Germany. And we stayed for about 6 days. Maybe you went during the season but usually if you don’t fly in the middle of the season it’s not that expensive
Were the arcade game free or they were charged? Also how was the room?
I was in Antalya a few years back, stayed in a hotel not too far from your hotel. Took the family for 7 days, they loved it, my wife didn’t feel awkward wearing a hijab while surrounded by girls In bikinis. Though the hotel and food was great I thought Antalya was a little too touristy. Next time will stay in Izmir.
“I’ll wear a hijab too “😂 Jasmine is right. our battle will be a battle
Hello Olga how are you doing today?
What do you like? A private home? Tell me more plz.
@@le8971 anything, a den, if there's nothing else. I don't really like crowds of people in close proximity. Each to their own.
@@wolgainuk agree but in turkey, not sure if it is easy to find a place , private next to the beech.
When it comes to kids do they let u eat anytime?
MashALLAH your bond MashALLAH so happy to see a couple like you
Amazon has hijabs that cover the neck in swimming material. But I put goggles on top to keep the hijab in place because I get paranoid when I’m swimming that it will slip off
Oh my God jasmine you need to film thia hijab tutorial please plzzz im begging plzz 🤧🤧❤ loved the video tho🥰
I'm a viewer from Antalya:)♥️
Jasmine I want you to visit Erbil, it is a great country, and we will be happy with the amount of comfort and enjoyment in our country, especially on Nowruz holiday on March 21, 2021 every year. We love you from Erbil
