This is how I discovered my ASMR, though I had no name for it at the time. It was fourth grade, circa 2001. I called it "focusing on focusing" as the tingle would be triggered any time I paid attention to someone quietly doing their work. I thought it was some sort of empathetic reverberation. I did NOT get a lot done during quiet work times after that.
I work in two little libraries and a love my job. I miss my work now the libraries are closed because of Corona virus. Your videos help me a lot. I listen these sounds and I am again in a library. thank you very much

This video is by far the best ambient sound I've found yet! :D I'm not a big fan of listening to music when I study because I get distracted easily but THIS. I've been listening to this for the past week nonstop and I've went from studying 2 hours a day to 5 hours a day. Thank you so much Winter Whale. You're saving lives here! :)
This is much better than studying in an actual library! I get too easily distracted by people walking by and so many people don't know how to be quiet! lol

Tried many virtual libraries - this one is somehow the best. Very well mixed sounds. If you got someone living in the flat right above yours being terribly noisy, this enables one to study effectively all the same.
I miss a lot going to the libraries. Those were moments of complete peace and concentration, moments of productive work. Library is the place where you can get to know all those misteries that people and us haven't discovered yet. Books are the pathway to them. They are the path to a wonderful and succesful life.
I've been to many MANY study ambience videos but I keep returning to this one! the white noise, pencil sounds, footsteps, page turning, it's somehow everything I want in a study video 😊 I like changing up videos because it's motivating, but I realized I was looking for videos just like this one and just gave up and ended up coming back here haha. thank you for making it!! (I also love the one with the typing sounds and the one similar to this one but only an hour long, I would really appreciate you making more of these, thanks again :) )
I'm sorry to say that my library experience isn't like this anymore - people think nothing of talking above a whisper even when people around them are trying to read or work, and when my friend complained, the staff shrugged and said, "Times have changed." That's why I appreciate this so much...

I love this, It makes me miss the library so much, but it helps as background noise. Also it's not an insane length, long enough so as not to have to replay constantly but short enough so I can be doing homework for a reasonable amount of time.
I'm at home, reviewing for our upcoming board exam and couldn't concentrate for some reasons. Then I found this. Very relaxing! Thank you! This sets my mood in studying!
