Hello Maam im just want to ask,one of my friend his run away he got loan in dubai islamic bank,already Cheque bounce,and he want to go back to abroad but others coountry like europe if there posible the emmigration can hold him.

What about the old cheque bounce cases for the bank loan which is two years before also paid the fine in the criminal court … are they still file the civil executions which means the new law applicable for those cases as well… please clarify

So again went to dubai in 2019...

They put me in police station for 8 days
After they released me ...they didn't produce me in court...or no fine nothing...
