I'm an enthusiast photographer. If lens adapter is used, it increases the flange (distance), thus affecting the photo quality marginally. So far as autofocusing is concerned, No. 1 is Sony, No.2 Canon and No. 3 Nikon.
From last one year i m using canon 200d mark ii for my yt vlog channel and photography and I m happy with it's both quality..

Canon has discontinued EF-S mount lenses which is used in 200D where as the R10 has RF lenses which are supported by all the major canon cameras. So if you are thinking from a long term perspective you shouldn't buy 200D. Moreover you can record 4K 60 in R10 and it is lighter in weight than 200D R10 can be charged by USB type C and has a new image processor. I would suggest for R10 rest choice is your.

Canon 850D is a good DSLR camera but if you compare with canon M50 mark II it’s almost same but canon 850D camera is more expensive. But battery life is better in DSLR

Mobile photography has limitations as sensor size is very small in mobile camera. You need good lens and reasonably good camera to capture great photos.
