I love how he says that the Michelin man doesn't know anything about food but Michelin stars are literally given out by the Michelin Tire Co
He knows. That's what he meant. He thinks Michelin Stars are overrated. He's been to several starred restaurants and was not impressed. Also, Michelin tends to have a heavy European bias, since the company is based in France.
I find it funny that as a Korean, Mikey is teaching me about foods I've never tried before lol - thanks Mikey!

Michelin tyres invented the michelin star for food back in the 1900s, as to promote people to drive out to restaurants to wear down there tyres on there car to then buy new Michelin tyres.

I miss travelling, staying in a hotel and this... having breakfast at the hotel then be full and just go back to my room and turn on the TV, watch some sports and go back to sleep. Lol!
Mike, you need to come back to France and try what is basically the only really worthwhile all you can eat buffet in France, an amazing restaurant called "Les Grands Buffets" in the city of Narbonne. Check out the videos by googling the name on UA-cam. Not only the restaurant itself is beautiful, the food there is amazing: buffets of foies gras, seafood (lobster), hams, meats, etc, but also more than 100 cheeses and 50 desserts ! And I didn't think this was possible here, but all that for less than 45€ !!! And while I know you don't drink wine, there is also an amazing selection of wines by the glass at insanely low prices too.
Krista is the kind of friend to have especially when going to an All You Can Eat Buffet.😎👍

Cheese and honey is classic in Scandinavian cuisine, so delicious. I highly recommend trying this:
- Get some thinly sliced Rye Bread Squares or Chesnut Crisps
- Get some Salmon Lox or a Salted Herring/ Kipper and place a piece on top
- Place a piece of either Norwegian Brown/ Caramel Cheese or Juustoleipa (baked Cheese) on top of that
- Top off with some Honey or Lingonberry Jam
Serve with a side of fresh veggies to nibble on along the journey and a horn/ mug of Mead (I won't think less of you if you abstain from the Mead though haha) :)

Mike, u give the most descriptive info on the food!! I feel like I’m actually there & partaking in the meal. One complaint tho…….when u were describing the spring roll…..u were killing me, I wanted that spring roll soooo bad & I couldn’t have it! Spring rolls r one of my fave things, and I couldn’t have one of them. Shame on u for being soooo excellent at describing all the food, lol❤️❤️❤️
my guess is, about 9:30 mins is a Hog fish. I have had that in a few asian buffets and its amazing, just as you described. its an odd name but its a thing.

Some of us are quite sensitive to bitter tastes, I don't drink coffee, drink beer, or eat broccoli. I got some of those test strips that gauge how bitter sensitive you are and it was by far the most horrible and disgusting flavor i've ever had on my tongue. For us with certain genetics it's just not a food to be eaten!

Guaranteed top notch food and service when the hotel is owned and operated by Samsung family, a younger sister of Samsung chairman being the CEO. Maybe you can also review their Michelin 3 star restaurant called La Yeon on 23rd floor when you get a chance.

I like that it’s smaller amounts on display, shows the food is probably fresher. I feel like I’m the US they put soooo much food out and then it sits under warmers forever, why I avoid places like that, but this place looks amazing
